Responsibility for Requests Sample Clauses

The 'Responsibility for Requests' clause defines which party is accountable for making, processing, or responding to specific requests under the agreement. Typically, this clause clarifies whether the requesting party must ensure the accuracy and completeness of their submissions, or if the receiving party must act within a certain timeframe or standard. For example, it may specify that a client is responsible for providing all necessary information when requesting services, or that a vendor must acknowledge and fulfill requests promptly. This clause ensures clear allocation of duties regarding requests, reducing misunderstandings and disputes about who is responsible for each step in the request process.
