Curriculum Projects. It is the expressed intent of the Board and the AFT to involve a maximum number of faculty in the planning and development of innovative and exemplary programs, techniques, and materials, especially as they relate to the improvement of instruction. Accordingly, the District shall budget an amount of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) for each instructional year of this Agreement to be used for faculty-initiated curriculum projects. In addition, the District shall budget an amount of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) for each instructional year of this Agreement to be used for curriculum projects initiated by part-time faculty and for part-time-faculty professional development. Such funds shall be administered by the Curriculum Grants Committee.
Curriculum Projects. Many unit members have ideas concerning the revision and reformulation of curriculum based upon their experience and background, which can provide direct benefit to the Stamford School System or other school systems. Such projects can be experimental in nature and need not be directly initiated by a unit member on behalf of his/her department.

  • Curriculum Development This includes the analysis and coordination of textual materials; constant review of current literature in the field, some of which are selected for the college library collection, the preparation of selective, descriptive materials such as outlines and syllabi; conferring with other faculty and administration on curricular problems; and, the attendance and participation in inter and intra-college conferences and advisory committees.

  • Projects The Annexes attached hereto describe the specific projects and the policy reforms and other activities related thereto (each, a “Project”) that the Government will carry out, or cause to be carried out, in furtherance of this Compact to achieve the Objectives and the Compact Goal.

  • Development Work The Support Standards do not include development work either (i) on software not licensed from CentralSquare or (ii) development work for enhancements or features that are outside the documented functionality of the Solutions, except such work as may be specifically purchased and outlined in Exhibit 1. CentralSquare retains all Intellectual Property Rights in development work performed and Customer may request consulting and development work from CentralSquare as a separate billable service.

  • Research Project 2.1 The respective work of University and Company under the Research Project is described in Schedule A. Each Party intends to contribute, each in its area of expertise, to the Research Project, and shall use its reasonable efforts to perform its work under the Research Project in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • Production Work In the event that MP requests ICQ's production assistance for activities outside the scope of ICQ's obligations under this Agreement in connection with (i) ongoing programming and maintenance related to the MP Areas, (ii) a redesign of or addition to the MP Areas (e.g., a change to an existing screen format or construction of a new custom form), (iii) production to modify work performed by a third party provider or (iv) any other type of production work, MP will work with ICQ to develop a detailed production plan for the requested production assistance (the "Production Plan"). Following receipt of the final Production Plan, ICQ will notify MP of (i) ICQ's availability to perform the requested production work, (ii) the proposed fee or fee structure for the requested production and maintenance work and (iii) the estimated development schedule for such work. ICQ will make commercially reasonable efforts to respond to MP promptly and to undertake in good faith the production assistance requested by MP. To the extent the Parties reach agreement regarding implementation of the agreed-upon Production Plan after good faith negotiations, such agreement will be reflected in a separate work order signed by the Parties. To the extent MP elects to retain a third party provider to perform any such production work, work produced by such third party provider must generally conform to ICQ's standards & practices (and any standard ICQ "styleguide"). The specific production resources which ICQ allocates to any production work to be performed on behalf of MP will be as determined by the Parties in the work order. With respect to any routine production, maintenance or related services which are necessary for ICQ to perform in order to support the proper functioning and integration of the MP Areas ("Routine Services"), MP will pay the then-standard fees charged by ICQ for such Routine Services provided that ICQ notifies MP in advance of incurring these charges (providing MP an explanation of the basis for them) and obtains MP's prior approval for them.

  • Project Scope The physical scope of the Project shall be limited to only those capital improvements as described in Appendix A of this Agreement. In the event that circumstances require a change in such physical scope, the change must be approved by the District Committee, recorded in the District Committee's official meeting minutes, and provided to the OPWC Director for the execution of an amendment to this Agreement.

  • Development Plans A Development Plan and budget for each Candidate for the balance of the Calendar Year during which the Compound or Xxxxxx Compound is designated by the JSC as a Candidate shall be prepared by Xxxxxx and submitted to the JSC promptly after the designation of such Compound or Xxxxxx Compound as provided in Sections 2.1.4(h) and 3.6. Thereafter, for each Calendar Year during the Development Program, an updated Development Plan and budget for each Candidate shall be prepared by Xxxxxx and submitted to the JSC as provided in Section 2.1.4(a) or (b), as applicable. To the extent JSC approval is required, the Parties shall manage the preparation of each Development Plan and budget in a manner designed to obtain such JSC approval no later than [*****] days prior to the end of the then-current Calendar Year. Each Development Plan and amendment thereto shall: (a) set forth (i) the Development objectives, activities, priorities, timelines, budget and resources for the Calendar Year covered by the Development Plan with reasonable specificity, (ii) the Confidential materials omitted and filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Asterisks denote such omission. Development objectives and activities to be performed for each Calendar Year period covered by the Development Plan with reasonable specificity, broken down by Calendar Quarters, (iii) the Party that shall be responsible for performing such activities, (iv) a timeline for such activities and (v) the expected Development Costs over such Calendar Year; and (b) be consistent with the other terms of this Agreement.

  • Project Plans With respect to a new project to be governed by this Agreement, a new Project Plan shall be added by agreement in a writing signed by the Parties and appended to Appendix A. Each Project Plan shall include a description of the Services to be provided, the Product to be manufactured, Specifications, a schedule for completion of the Project Plan, pricing details, and such other information as is necessary for relevant Services. In the event of a conflict between the terms of a Project Plan and this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement will govern.

  • Project The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
