Such phrases may appear in a variety of sources such as the Documentation, the Purchase Documentation, or product use rights and restrictions as set forth in a Product Use Rights Appendix attached to this Agreement (in total, “Sources”). Provided You comply with all terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensor grants You a non-exclusive, non-transferable license, without the right to sublicense, to use the Software in object code form in accordance with the Software Product License Key associated with the Software and in accordance with the terms specified in this Agreement. Licensor shall have the right to participate at its expense in the defense of any such dispute.
