Performance Indicator Sample Clauses

A Performance Indicator clause defines specific metrics or standards used to measure the effectiveness or quality of a party’s performance under a contract. These indicators may include quantitative targets such as delivery times, error rates, or customer satisfaction scores, and are often tailored to the particular services or goods being provided.
