Compliance with Instructions. We will only Process Personal Data for the purposes described in this DPA or as otherwise agreed within the scope of your lawful Instructions, except where and to the extent otherwise required by applicable law. We are not responsible for compliance with any Data Protection Laws applicable to you or your industry that are not generally applicable to us.
Compliance with Instructions. The Security Trustee shall be entitled (without prejudice to or limitation of any other rights which it may have or acquire under any Finance Document) to require a Ship to remain at any safe port or to proceed to and remain at any safe port designated by the Security Trustee until the relevant Security Party implements any amendments to the terms of the obligatory insurances and any operational changes required as a result of a notice served under Clause 13.18.
Compliance with Instructions. The parties acknowledge and agree that Client is Controller of Personal Data and the Company is the Processor of that data. Processor shall collect, process, and use Personal Data only within the scope of Controller’s Instructions. If the Processor believes that an Instruction of Controller infringes on the Data Protection Law, it shall immediately inform Controller without delay. If Processor cannot process Personal Data in accordance with the Instructions due to a legal requirement under any applicable European Union or Member State law, Processor will (i) promptly notify Controller of that legal requirement before the relevant Processing to the extent permitted by the Data Protection Law; and (ii) cease all Processing (other than merely storing and maintaining the security of the affected Personal Data) until such time as Controller issues new instructions with which the Processor is able to comply. If this provision is invoked, Processor will not be liable to Controller under the Agreement for any failure to perform the applicable services until such time as Controller issues new instructions in regard to the Processing.
Compliance with Instructions. Vendor shall only Process Personal Data for the purposes described in this DPA, including Attachment 1, or as otherwise agreed within the scope of Customer’s lawful Instructions, except where and to the extent otherwise required by applicable law. Vendor is not responsible for compliance with any Data Protection Laws applicable to Customer or Customer’s industry that are not generally applicable to Vendor.
Compliance with Instructions. Exam Taker agrees that the computer and operating system onto which the SOFTWARE is to be installed complies with the minimum system requirements for the SOFTWARE. Exam Taker further agrees to follow and perform all installation and use procedures in accordance with the instructions included with the SOFTWARE or provided by the exam administrator. ExamSoft reserves the right to update the version of the SOFTWARE available for use by Exam Taker at any time, including automatically updating Exam Taker’s installed version of the SOFTWARE.
Compliance with Instructions. Findmyshift shall Process Personal Data only within the scope of Customer’s Instructions or insofar as this would be necessary to be able to execute the Subscription Services.
Compliance with Instructions. In addition to such other duties as may be imposed by law, Purchaser will comply with all of Seller's reasonable instructions regarding rejected goods. If Purchaser incurs any expenses in complying with such instructions, Seller shall reimburse Purchaser for such expenses promptly upon receipt of Purchaser's written request therefor.

The instructions shall initially be specified in the Service Agreement and may then be changed, supplemented or replaced by the Customer in text form.
