Customer Instructions. The documentation shipped with the returned defective Boeing Product may include specific technical instructions for additional work to be performed on the Boeing Product. The absence of such instructions will evidence Customer's authorization for Boeing to perform all necessary Corrections and work required to return the Boeing Product to a serviceable condition.
Customer Instructions. (a) You represent and warrant that you have full authority to act on behalf of each Customer and will act only in accordance with the scope of your authority when acting on behalf of the Customer.

Taking into account the nature of the processing, Customer agrees that it is unlikely AWS can form an opinion on whether Documented Instructions infringe the GDPR. If AWS forms such an opinion, it will immediately inform Customer, in which case, Customer is entitled to withdraw or modify its Documented Instructions.
Customer Instructions. The Parties agree this DPA and the Agreement constitute Customer’s documented instructions regarding Humanity’s processing of Customer Data. Humanity will process Customer Data only in accordance with these documented instructions.
Customer Instructions. The Parties agree this DPA and the Agreement constitute Customer’s documented instructions regarding Practifi’s processing of Customer Data. Practifi will process Customer Data only in accordance with documented instructions.
Customer Instructions. Customer authorizes the BofAML Entities to act upon any instructions, notices, demands, or requests (whether oral or written, delivered by mail, electronically or by facsimile) which the relevant BofAML Entities reasonably believe to have been given by an Authorized Person. The BofAML Entities shall not be liable for any action taken or not taken in good faith pursuant to such instructions, notices, demands or requests.
Customer Instructions. Supplier shall inform Customer immediately (i) if, in its opinion, an instruction from Customer constitutes a breach of the GDPR and/or (ii) if Supplier is unable to follow Customer’s instructions for the Processing of Personal Data.
Customer Instructions. Copper will Process Customer Personal Information only for the limited and specified purposes stated in the Agreement and Customer’s documented lawful instructions. Taking into account the nature of Processing and the information available to Copper, Copper shall take steps to cause any natural person acting under Copper’s authority who has access to Customer Personal Information to not Process Customer Personal Information except on instructions from the Controller, unless such person is required to do so by Applicable Data Protection Laws. The parties agree that the Agreement (including this DPA) sets out the Customer’s complete and final instructions to Copper in relation to the Processing of Customer Personal Information. Any Processing of Customer Personal Information outside the scope of these instructions (if any) will require prior written agreement between Customer and Copper.
Customer Instructions. Customer warrants that it is the owner or legal custodian of the Deposits and has full authority to store the Deposits and direct their disposition in accordance with this Agreement. sierra26 will perform services pursuant to the direction of Customer’s agent(s) identified pursuant to sierra26’s standards, including processing orders placed through Customer’s Account Dashboard. For the avoidance of doubt, any order placed using Customer’s log-in credentials or the log-in credentials of any authorized user shall constitute Customer’s representation that the identified persons have full authority to order any service, including disposal or removal of Deposits. Customer releases sierra26 from all liability by reason of the destruction of Deposits ordered using Customer’s or any authorized user’s account log-in.
