Control Building. The Marble River Collection Substation control building shall be a pre-fabricated building complete and wired with HVAC equipment, switchboard panels, electrical and electronic equipment including lighting, receptacles, AC/DC panels, switches, overhead cable tray, conduits, grounding system, batteries, chargers, portable eyewash stations, portable fire extinguishers, exit signs, emergency lighting, security system and minimal furniture.

Control Building. The University, at its expense shall design and construct, or cause the design and construction of, the Control Building pursuant to Sections 5.1 and 5.2 below. Upon completion of the Control Building construction, the City will own and Maintain the Control Building pursuant to Section 8.2b below. The final decision regarding all Control Building details, including location, sizing and other requirements of the Control Building shall be determined by the City after consultation with the University; provided that, the Control Building will house the Diversion Point, pipes, valves, pumps, structures, generators and related improvements to divert Reclaimed Water to the Reclaimed Supply Lines.
Control Building. Upon completion of the Control Building construction, the City will Maintain the Control Building located on the Xxxxxxx Street Site; provided that the University, at its expense shall reimburse the City for the City’s Operating Expenses associated with the Control Building located on the Xxxxxxx Street Site, subject to Section 8.3 below.

The building interior shall be finished with a color to be determined by the Company. Floors will be linoleum tiled with a color to be determined by the Company. The ceiling will be hung with acoustic absorbing tile. Florescent lights will be hung in the ceiling. Low glare diffusers shall be used in the control room. Hot water (non potable) may be via an Instaheat under sink device. Electrical, data and phone outlets shall be provided in the control room and office. The control room will contain: • Self-closing door with a half light. • PLC Operator Interface and integral desk with power, data, and phone outlets • Fire alarm panel, turbine panel, gas monitoring panels. • PLC instrument I/O interface cabinets • other operator and plant control devices (if any) • Allocation of space for: o Two 6’ x 4’ bookshelves for plant operation manuals and project manuals. o filing cabinet o Two workstation desks for visitors, with phone, data, and power outlets. One unisex ADA (American’s with Disabilities Act)-compliant restroom will contain: • A toilet, sink, mirror, soap and towel dispenser. • mop and broom closet • mop faucet Communication closet containing: Design Criteria - RR EPC Contract, Exhibit C Rev 0 – 12/05/05 • Space for telephone switching equipment • Space for Intranet and Internet communication equipment • Dead-end runs for all voice and phone communications • Multiple outlets for communication devices • Two dedicated 120V electrical circuits for the convenience outlets The building shall also contain: • 6’ x 8’ storage room with locking door.
Control Building. A stand alone control building will be provided for the Project Substation. In the Equipment Room only spare space has been kept for accommodating the incoming power of the individual pond power plant. Successful Bidder shall supply both 33 kV HT extension panels and 415 V LT extension panel, installation connect with the main bus and other hooking up its equipments with the existing 33 kV and 415 V Switchgear. 33 kV cable shall run from new transformer yard near each Pond (Pond no. 1, 2, and 4) to existing Common control Room near Pond No. 3.

Said policy or policies shall also contain an agreed valuation provision in lieu of any co-insurance clause, waiver of subrogation, and inflation guard protection causing an increase in the annual property insurance coverage amount by a factor of not less than the adjusted U.S. Department of Labor Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers for the city nearest to where the Premises are located.

  • Building Name Landlord reserves the right at any time and from time to time to change the name by which the Building is designated.

  • Building Signage 1. Tenant shall be entitled to the greater of: (i) one (1) exclusive tenant identification sign per Building that does not to exceed 75 square feet, or (ii) Tenant’s pro rata share of the maximum exterior signage permitted by applicable Laws that is allocated to the parcel on which the Building is located (the “Building Signage”). The exact location of the Building Signage shall be determined by Tenant, subject to all applicable Laws, any reasonable signage guidelines for the Project established by Landlord that are provided to Tenant prior to installation of the Building Signage, and Landlord’s prior written approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. Such right to the Building Signage is personal to Tenant and is subject to the following terms and conditions: (a) Tenant shall submit plans and drawings for the Building Signage to Landlord and to the City of San Mateo and to any other public authorities having jurisdiction and shall obtain written approval from Landlord (not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed) and, if applicable, each such jurisdiction prior to installation, and shall comply with all applicable Laws; (b) Tenant shall, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, design, construct and install the Building Signage; (c) the size, color and design of the Building Signage shall be subject to Landlord’s prior written approval; and (d) Tenant shall maintain the Building Signage in good condition and repair, and all costs of maintenance and repair shall be borne by Tenant. Maintenance shall include, without limitation, cleaning and, if the Building Signage is illuminated, relamping at reasonable intervals. Tenant shall be responsible for any electrical energy used in connection with the Building Signage. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Tenant shall not be liable for any fee in connection with Tenant’s right to display the Building Signage in accordance with this Lease. At Landlord’s option, Tenant’s right to the Building Signage may be revoked and terminated upon occurrence of any of the following events: (i) Tenant shall be in default under this Lease beyond any applicable notice and cure periods; (ii) Tenant leases or occupies less than 75% of the Premises, or (iii) this Lease shall terminate or otherwise no longer be in effect.
