Successful Bidder. A. Within ten (10) days after the closing date for the posting, the Management Designee in each Center shall post a notice stating the successful bidder and seniority date. The senior qualified bidder meeting the qualification standards established for the position shall be designated the “successful bidder.”
Successful Bidder is bound to supply the full ordered quantities of all the desired brands except those, which are actually not available in the market.
Successful Bidder. The Bidder submitting the lowest and most responsive Bid to whom City makes an Award.

Successful Bidder. For the purposes of this Agreement the highest bidder is deemed to be the successful bidder and the purchaser of the lot. In the event of a dispute arising out of the identity of the highest bidder, the Auctioneer’s records shall be deemed to be conclusive evidence, and the Auctioneer, in his sole discretion, may decide who is the successful bidder, or elect to reopen the bidding, and the Auctioneer’s decision is final.
Successful Bidder. An individual who is a successful bidder into a new position will be on probation in the new position for a three (3) month period and subject to removal from that position and return to their former position by the City at any time during the probationary period due solely to not being able to satisfactorily perform the duties of the position. Prior to the City removing the Employee from the position, there shall be a meeting between the City, the Employee and the Union, to discuss the issues regarding the Employee’s inability to satisfactorily perform the job duties; in addition there will be a good faith effort by the parties to assist the Employee with the issues affecting their ability to satisfactorily perform the job duties, if possible. The Employee can voluntarily return to their former position at any time during the first ten (10) working days in the new job. Any Employee who exercises their right to return to their former position may not bid on another opening for a twelve (12) month period.
