Other Operator definition

Other Operator means either:
Other Operator means either the Access Provider or the Access Seeker, as the context requires.
Other Operator means the operator(s) of one or more of the Other Healthcare Facilities.

  • No Director or Member of the Regulatory Office shall have present or prior affiliation with MWSS or the Concessionaire or Other Operator (or any affiliate of the Concessionaire or Other Operator).

More Definitions of Other Operator

Other Operator means any other companies licensed under the Act other than the Operators.
Other Operator means a telecommunications provider other than JT which provides part or parts of the Service.
