Operation Manuals. PEM will provide the following services related to operation manuals:
(a) Review and recommend changes to operating manuals for the Plant; and
(b) Update process schematics and layout drawings for the Plant, as required.
Operation Manuals.
A. Content: In addition to requirements in this Section, include operation data required in individual Specification Sections and the following information:
1. System, subsystem, and equipment descriptions. Use designations for systems and equipment indicated on Contract Documents.
2. Performance and design criteria if Contractor is delegated design responsibility.
3. Operating standards.
4. Operating procedures.
5. Operating logs.
6. Wiring diagrams.
7. Control diagrams.
8. Piped system diagrams.
9. Precautions against improper use.
10. License requirements including inspection and renewal dates.
Operation Manuals iAdvantage shall provide iAsiaWorks with the current and corresponding operation manuals for the operation of the Hardware and Software (if any).
Operation Manuals. An outline of the proposed interim and final operations manuals. Complete proposals must include all topic areas.
Operation Manuals. Preparation of specific equipment and process operations manuals is not included. Review of vendor prepared equipment operations and maintenance manuals is included in Task 5.6.

Operation Manuals. Upon Landlord’s written request and contemporaneously with Tenant’s vacation of the Premises, Tenant shall provide Landlord with operation and maintenance manuals and copies of warranties for all equipment installed at the Premises that will remain at the Premises when Tenant vacates.
Operation Manuals. The Contractor must compile and provide copies of a complete operation and maintenance manual for the equipment provided. The manual shall contain comprehensive information as set out hereafter. • A complete recommended spares list • A lubrication and maintenance schedule showing all maintenance and lubrication operations, their recommended frequency and the grades of lubricant required • A maintenance brochure describing all maintenance, adjustment and replacement procedures • All dismantling and reassembly procedures • Maintenance procedure for corrosion protection painting systems • The Contractor shall amplify and amend such drafts until the Engineer is satisfied that they will fulfil the purpose of ensuring that the Employer’s staff is adequately instructed to operate and maintain the works. Once the drafts have been approved by the Engineer, the Contractor shall prepare suitably bound copies and deliver them to the Engineer. The manuals shall be drawn up in English.
