COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS; NON-DISCRIMINATION. A. The parties will observe and comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, ordinances and codes that relate to the work or services to be provided pursuant to this agreement.

COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS; NON-DISCRIMINATION. User agrees to use and occupy the Premises, and conduct the Event and its activities hereunder, in compliance with all federal, state and local laws, ordinances and regulations, and User shall cause all of the other User Parties to comply therewith. The parties shall not discriminate against any employee or participant in this program because of race, age, religion, color, gender, national origin, marital status, disability, sexual orientation or any other basis prohibited by law.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS; NON-DISCRIMINATION. In providing the services required by this Agreement, Agency must observe and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local statutes, ordinances, rules, and regulations, including, without limitation, workers’ compensation laws, minimum and maximum salary and wage statutes and regulations, and non-discrimination laws and regulations. Agency shall be responsible for ensuring its compliance with any laws and regulations applicable to its business, including maintaining any necessary licenses and permits. Agency shall comply with all federal laws, regulations and procedures regarding legal status to work and reside in the U.S., including completion of required Immigration and Naturalization forms upon hire. Contractor shall not discriminate in employment practices or in the delivery of services on the basis of race, color, creed, religion, national origin, sex, age, marital status, sexual orientation, medical condition (including cancer, HIV, and AIDS) physical or mental disability, use of family care leave under either the Family & Medical Leave Act or the California Family Rights Act, or on the basis of any other status or conduct protected by law. Contractor represents that Contractor is in compliance with and agrees that Contractor shall continue to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. sections 12101, et seq.), the Fair Employment and Housing Act (Government Code sections 12900, et seq.), and regulations and guidelines issued pursuant thereto. In addition to any other provisions of this agreement, Contractor shall be solely responsible for any and all damages caused, and/or penalties levied, as the result of Contractor’s noncompliance with the provisions of this section.

The Parties and their employees and agents shall at all times comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, statutes, ordinances, rules, regulations, and codes, and all orders and decrees of bodies or tribunals having jurisdiction or authority, which may in any manner affect the provision of Services under this Agreement. In addition, the Parties agree to comply with all applicable court orders and tribal, and state and federal laws, rules, regulations and executive orders governing non-discrimination, including the Americans with Disabilities Act, equal employment opportunity laws, and immigration laws. Each Party shall include a clause to this effect in all subcontracts related to this Agreement.
