Owner Information means all information, in any form: (i) furnished or made available directly or indirectly to Contractor by Owner or its Affiliates, or otherwise obtained by Contractor from Owner or its Affiliates, or (ii) obtained from Owner or Owner’s Affiliates in connection with the performance of the Services.

More Definitions of Owner Information

Owner Information means all information received from any Owner, or developed by Manager in the course of performing its obligations under this Agreement, relating to the business and operations of any Owner. Manager shall be considered to have complied with its obligation to maintain the confidentiality of Owner Information if Manager has exercised the same degree of care with respect to the Owner Information as Manager would accord to its own confidential information.

A member in good standing must be current in any monetary amount due the Master and local Neighborhood Association and membership has not been suspended. Members in good standing may lease their lot or unit as stated in Year 2021 Master Association Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions for Worthington Country Club (WCC).
