The range between the Minimum Salary Rate, the Journey Level Salary Rate, and the Performance Maximum Salary Rate, shall be an “open range” with no incremental salary steps.
For each classification and salary range, there shall be a Performance Maximum Salary Rate that is at least twenty percent (20%) higher than the Journey Level Salary Rate.

Those SSP Employees receiving the Maximum Salary Increase shall receive additional compensation equal to two (2.0%) percent of their salary based on their placement on the salary schedule; this additional compensation will be paid in equal monthly amounts.
