COMPLETION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS. (a) The original tender document must be completed fully in black ink and signed by the authorised signatory to validate the tender. Section 5: DECLARATION must be completed and signed by the authorised signatory and returned. Failure to do so will result in the disqualification of the tender.

COMPLETION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS. The official tender form must be completed in BLACK ink and any corrections to the official tender form must also be made in BLACK ink and signed by the bidder. Any tender documents received with correction fluid (Tippex) corrections shall be disqualified. The complete original tender document must be returned. Missing pages will result in the disqualification of the tender. Any ambiguity has to be cleared with contact person for the tender before the tender closure.

NB: all certified copies must not be older than 3 months to be regarded as valid. Certified copies that are older than 3 moths will not be regarded as valid.
COMPLETION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS. The Tender shall be signed and witnessed, and all information required on the Tender, including Forms and Schedules and the Tender Data shall be filled in by the Tenderer in black ink. Information requested to be submitted separately shall be included with the tender submission. Supporting documentation submitted by the Tenderer may be in another language if he also submits an appropriate translation of all its relevant passages into this ruling language. 15.1 The Tender Documents to be submitted by each Tenderer shall comprise the original of Volume II as described in Clause 5 of these Conditions of Tender. Copies printed by the Tenderer shall not be accepted to ensure that there are no alterations to these documents. 15.2 The Tender Documents issued to the Tenderer, including any amendments instructed in an Addendum to Tender Documents, shall be used without further amendment. 15.4 The Tenderer shall price the whole of the Works, and submit a Tender, in accordance with the Tender Documents. A Tender that excludes part of the Works shall be considered as unresponsive and will be rejected. 15.5 Each of the Schedules shall be completed as appropriate to the particular Schedule. The incumbents should meet all legislative requirements for signing off on work done. - Failure to include applicable trade test certificates and proof of CIDB grading will lead to automatic disqualification. - Proof of skilled personnel in the fields of; electrical repairs, plumbing works and diesel mechanic.
