FURTHER EVALUATION. Since the person conducting your home inspection is not a licensed structural engineer or other qualified specialist whose license authorizes the rendering of an opinion as to the structural integrity of a building or its other component parts, you are advised to seek a professional opinion as to any defects or concerns mentioned in the report. CLIENT understands the freedom to hire professionals prior to closing, including but not limited to a roofer, electrician, plumber, engineer, etc.
FURTHER EVALUATION. Client acknowledges and agrees that the Inspector is a generalist and that further investigation of a reported condition by an appropriate certified licensed specialist may provide additional information that may affect a Client(s) decision to purchase the home. Client should seek further evaluation from licensed professionals regarding the deficiencies identified in the written report. Inspector is not liable for Client(s) failure to further investigate reported deficiencies.

Following closing, Buyer shall further explore and evaluate the mining claims situated on the Property, including the incidental mining of ore in amounts commensurate with such exploration and evaluation; Buyer shall timely provide Seller with any and all information generated by this work commitment as it becomes available.
