RULING LANGUAGE Sample Clauses
The RULING LANGUAGE clause designates which language version of a contract will take precedence in the event of discrepancies between multiple language versions. Typically, this clause specifies that if there is any conflict or inconsistency between translations, the version written in the designated ruling language will govern and be considered authoritative. This ensures clarity and avoids disputes over interpretation by establishing a single, definitive reference point for contractual terms.
