Tender Document definition

Tender Document means the Document provided by a Purchaser to a Tenderer as a basis for preparation of its Tender;

Tender Document means the Document provided by a Procuring Entity to a Tenderer as a basis for preparation of the Tender; and

Tender Document means this Tender document comprised of sections listed in the List of Contents, issued by Metrolinx for the Work to be provided, and any Addenda thereto.

• The name, identification, and number of lots (contracts) of this Tender Document are specified in the TDS.

• The Tenderer is expected to examine all instructions, forms, terms, and specifications in the Tender Document and to furnish with its Tender all information and documentation as is required by the Tender document.
