Collection Account. (a) On behalf of the Trustee, the Servicer shall establish and maintain, or cause to be established and maintained, one or more segregated Eligible Accounts (such account or accounts, the “Collection Account”), held in trust for the benefit of the Trustee. On behalf of the Trustee, the Servicer shall deposit or cause to be deposited in the clearing account (which account must be an Eligible Account) in which it customarily deposits payments and collections on mortgage loans in connection with its mortgage loan servicing activities on a daily basis, and in no event more than one Business Day after the Servicer’s receipt thereof, and shall thereafter deposit into the Collection Account, in no event more than two Business Days after the deposit of such funds into the clearing account, as and when received or as otherwise required hereunder, the following payments and collections received or made by it subsequent to the Cut-off Date (other than in respect of principal or interest on the related Mortgage Loans due on or before the Cut-off Date), or payments (other than Principal Prepayments) received by it on or prior to the Cut-off Date but allocable to a Due Period subsequent thereto:
(i) all payments on account of principal, including Principal Prepayments, on the Mortgage Loans;
(ii) all payments on account of interest (net of the related Servicing Fee) on each Mortgage Loan;
(iii) all Insurance Proceeds and Condemnation Proceeds to the extent such Insurance Proceeds and Condemnation Proceeds are not to be applied to the restoration of the related Mortgaged Property or released to the related Mortgagor in accordance with the express requirements of law or in accordance with Accepted Servicing Practices, Liquidation Proceeds and Subsequent Recoveries;
(iv) any amounts required to be deposited pursuant to Section 3.12 in connection with any losses realized on Permitted Investments with respect to funds held in the Collection Account;
(v) any amounts required to be deposited by the Servicer pursuant to the second paragraph of Section 3.13(a) in respect of any blanket policy deductibles;
(vi) all proceeds of any Mortgage Loan repurchased or purchased in accordance with this Agreement; and

Collection Account. (a) On the Closing Date, the Trust Administrator shall open and shall thereafter maintain a segregated account held in trust in the name of the Securities Intermediary (the "Collection Account"), entitled "Collection Account, ____________________________________, as Indenture Trustee, in trust for Holders of the ______ Mortgage Investment Trust 200_-__, Asset-Backed Notes, Series 200_-__." The Collection Account shall relate solely to the Notes issued by the Issuer, and funds deposited in the Collection Account shall not be commingled with any other monies.
(b) The Collection Account shall be an Eligible Account. If an existing Collection Account ceases to be an Eligible Account, the Trust Administrator shall establish a new Collection Account that is an Eligible Account within [10] days and transfer all funds and investment property on deposit in such existing Collection Account into such new Collection Account.
(c) The Trust Administrator shall give to the Master Servicer and the Indenture Trustee prior written notice of the name and address of the depository institution at which the Collection Account is maintained and the account number of such Collection Account. The Trust Administrator shall take such actions as are necessary to cause the depository institution holding the Collection Account to hold such account in the name of the Indenture Trustee. On each Payment Date, the entire amount on deposit in the Collection Account relating to the 100 Mortgage Loans (subject to permitted withdrawals set forth in Section 5.08), other than amounts not included in Interest Remittance Amount or Principal Remittance Amount to be paid to Noteholders for such Payment Date, shall be applied to make the requested payment of principal and/or interest on each class of Notes.
(d) The Master Servicer shall deposit or cause to be deposited in the Collection Account on the earlier of the applicable Payment Date and [one] Business Day following receipt thereof, the following amounts received or payments made by the Master Servicer (other than in respect of principal of and interest on the Mortgage Loans due on or before the Cut-off Date):
(i) all remittances from the Custodial Account to the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 4.03;
(ii) all Advances made by the Servicer or the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 6.05 hereof and any payment in respect of Prepayment Interest Shortfalls paid by the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 5.21 hereof; and
(iii) the Purchase Price...
Collection Account. (a) Prior to the Closing Date, the Issuer shall open or cause to be opened with the Securities Intermediary located at the Indenture Trustee’s office located at the Corporate Trust Office, or at another Eligible Institution, one or more segregated trust accounts in the Indenture Trustee’s name for the deposit of Estimated FRC Collections, FRC Collections and all other amounts received with respect to the Recovery Bond Collateral (the “Collection Account”). The Collection Account will consist of three subaccounts: a general subaccount (the “General Subaccount”), an excess funds subaccount (the “Excess Funds Subaccount”) and a capital subaccount (the “Capital Subaccount” and, together with the General Subaccount and the Excess Funds Subaccount, the “Subaccounts”). Each Subaccount shall have a separate subaccount (each, a “Cash Subaccount”) where cash allocated to the related Subaccount will be held. Only cash shall be allocated to a Cash Subaccount and no other Recovery Bond Collateral shall be allocated to a Cash Subaccount. References to any Subaccount shall be deemed to include the related Cash Subaccount. For administrative purposes, the Subaccounts may be established by the Indenture Trustee as separate accounts. Such separate accounts will be recognized individually as a Subaccount and collectively as the “Collection Account”. Prior to or concurrently with the issuance of Recovery Bonds, the Member shall deposit into the Capital Subaccount an amount equal to the Required Capital Level. All amounts in the Collection Account not allocated to any other subaccount shall be allocated to the General Subaccount. Any cash transferred to, or arising under, a Subaccount will be held in the related Cash Subaccount. Prior to the Initial Payment Date, all amounts in the Collection Account (other than funds deposited into the Capital Subaccount, up to the Required Capital Level and any Capital Subaccount Investment Earnings) shall be allocated to the General Subaccount. All references to the Collection Account shall be deemed to include reference to all subaccounts contained therein. Withdrawals from and deposits to each of the foregoing subaccounts of the Collection Account shall be made as set forth in Sections 8.02(d) and (e). Collection Account. (a) On the Closing Date, the Master Servicer shall open and shall thereafter maintain a segregated account held in trust (the “Collection Account”), entitled “Collection Account, Aurora Loan Services Inc., as Master Servicer, in trust for the benefit of the Holders of Structured Asset Securities Corporation Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2002-BC1”. The Collection Account shall relate solely to the Certificates issued by the Trust Fund hereunder, and funds in such Collection Account shall not be commingled with any other monies.
(b) The Collection Account shall be an Eligible Account. If an existing Collection Account ceases to be an Eligible Account, the Master Servicer shall establish a new Collection Account that is an Eligible Account within 15 days and transfer all funds and investment property on deposit in such existing Collection Account into such new Collection Account.
(c) The Master Servicer shall give to the Trustee and the NIMS Insurer prior written notice of the name and address of the depository institution at which the Collection Account is maintained and the account number of such Collection Account. The Master Servicer shall take such actions as are necessary to cause the depository institution holding the Collection Account to hold such account in the name of the Master Servicer under this Agreement. On each Deposit Date, the entire amount on deposit in the Collection Account (subject to permitted withdrawals set forth in Section 4.02), other than amounts not included in the Total Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date shall be remitted to the Trustee for deposit into the Certificate Account by wire transfer in immediately available funds. The Master Servicer, at its option, may choose to make daily remittances from the Collection Account to the Trustee for deposit into the Certificate Account.
(d) The Master Servicer shall deposit or cause to be deposited into the Collection Account, no later than the Business Day following the Closing Date, any amounts received with respect to the Mortgage Loans representing Scheduled Payments (or in the case of Simple Interest Mortgage Loans, representing scheduled interest payments, but actual principal payments) on the Mortgage Loan due after the Cut-off Date and unscheduled payments received on or after the Cut-off Date and on or before the Closing Date. Collection Account. (a) The Collateral Agent shall, on or prior to the Closing Date, establish a single, segregated non-interest bearing trust account in the name “Athena Funding I LLC Collection Account, subject to the lien of State Street Bank and Trust Company, as Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties”, which shall be designated as the “Collection Account” and which shall be governed solely by the terms of this Agreement and the Account Control Agreement. The Collection Account shall remain at all times with an Eligible Account Bank. In the event that the account bank at which the Collection Account is maintained ceases to be an Eligible Account Bank, or the account bank with respect to the Collection Account gives notice that it is terminating the Account Control Agreement, then Borrower shall, within 60 days of such occurrence, move the Collection Account to an Eligible Account Bank and cause the successor account bank to enter into a control agreement. The only permitted withdrawal from or application of funds on deposit in, or otherwise to the credit of, the Collection Account shall be in accordance with the provisions of Sections 6.4, 8.2 and 9.1 or to effect a Permitted Distribution or a Permitted Parent Distribution in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Collection Account. On behalf of the Trust Fund, the Master Servicer shall segregate and hold all funds collected and received pursuant to each Mortgage Loan separate and apart from any of its own funds and general assets and shall establish and maintain in the name of the Trustee one or more accounts (such account or accounts, the "Collection Account") in accordance with this Section 3.04, held in trust for the benefit of the Trustee and the Certificateholders.

Collection Account. (a) In accordance with this Agreement and the Account Control Agreement, the Collateral Agent shall, on or prior to the Closing Date, establish at the Bank two (2) segregated non-interest bearing trust accounts in the name of the Borrower, one of which will be designated the “Interest Collection Account” and one of which designated the “Principal Collection Account” (collectively, the “Collection Account”), which shall be maintained by the Borrower with the Bank in accordance with the Account Control Agreement and which shall be subject to the Lien of the Collateral Agent. The Collateral Agent shall from time to time deposit into the Interest Collection Account promptly upon receipt thereof all Interest Proceeds received by the Collateral Agent and identified as such by the Collateral Manager. (b) At any time when reinvestment is permitted pursuant to Article X, the Collateral Manager on behalf of the Borrower (subject to compliance with Article X) may, by delivery of written instructions (which may be a .pdf or similar file sent by email) of a Responsible Officer of the Collateral Manager to the Collateral Agent and the Collateral Administrator, direct the Collateral Agent to, and upon receipt of such instructions the Collateral Agent shall, withdraw funds on deposit in the Collection Account representing Principal Proceeds (together with accrued interest received with regard to any Collateral Asset and Interest Proceeds but only to the extent used to pay for accrued interest on an additional Collateral Asset) and reinvest such funds in additional Collateral Assets in accordance with such instructions. Collection Account. The Master Servicer may, from time to time, withdraw from the Collection Account for the following purposes or as described in Section 4.03:
(i) to remit to the Trustee for deposit in the Distribution Account the amounts required to be so remitted pursuant to Section 3.04(g) or permitted to be so remitted pursuant to the last paragraph of Section 3.04(g);
(ii) subject to Section 3.12(c), to reimburse itself for (a) any unpaid Servicing Fees, (b) any unreimbursed Servicing Advances and (c) any unreimbursed Advances, the Master Servicer's right to reimburse itself pursuant to this subclause (ii) being limited to any Late Collections, Liquidation Proceeds, Subsequent Recoveries and Insurance Proceeds received on the related Mortgage Loan and any amounts received in respect of the rental of the related REO Property prior to an REO Disposition that represent payments of principal and/or interest respecting which any such advance was made;
(iii) to reimburse itself for (a) any unpaid Servicing Fees to the extent not recoverable under Section 3.05(a)(ii) and (b) any unpaid Advances or Servicing Advances that have been deemed Nonrecoverable Advances or Nonrecoverable Servicing Advances;
(iv) to pay to itself any Prepayment Interest Excess;
(v) to reimburse itself for any amounts paid pursuant to Section 3.12(b) (and not otherwise previously reimbursed);
(vi) to pay to itself as servicing compensation any interest earned on funds in the Collection Account;
(vii) subject to Section 4.03(b), to reimburse the Master Servicer in respect of any unreimbursed Advances to the extent of funds held in the Collection Account for future distribution that were not included in Available Funds for the preceding Distribution Date;
(viii) to reimburse the Master Servicer or the Depositor for expenses incurred by or reimbursable to the Master Servicer or the Depositor, as the case may be, pursuant to Section 6.03;
(ix) to remit to the Trustee any amounts that the Trustee is permitted to be paid or reimbursed from the assets of the Trust Fund pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, including the terms of Section 7.02(a) and Section 8.05 of this Agreement;
