Collection Account. (a) On the Closing Date, the Master Servicer shall open and shall thereafter maintain a segregated account held in trust in the name of the Trustee (the “Collection Account”), entitled “Collection Account, U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, in trust for Holders of the HomeBanc Mortgage Trust 2007-1, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates.” The Collection Account shall relate solely to the Certificates issued pursuant to this Agreement, and funds deposited in the Collection Account shall not be commingled with any other monies.
Collection Account. (a) On behalf of the Trustee, the Servicer shall establish and maintain, or cause to be established and maintained, one or more Eligible Accounts (such account or accounts, the "Collection Account"), held in trust for the benefit of the Trustee. On behalf of the Trustee, the Servicer shall deposit or cause to be deposited in the clearing account (which account must be an Eligible Account) in which it customarily deposits payments and collections on mortgage loans in connection with its mortgage loan servicing activities on a daily basis, and in no event more than one Business Day after the Servicer's receipt thereof, and shall thereafter deposit in the Collection Account, in no event more than two Business Days after the deposit of such funds into the clearing account, as and when received or as otherwise required hereunder, the following payments and collections received or made by it subsequent to the Cut-off Date (other than in respect of principal or interest on the related Mortgage Loans due on or before the Cut-off Date), or payments (other than Principal Prepayments) received by it on or prior to the Cut-off Date but allocable to a Due Period subsequent thereto:
Collection Account. (a) Prior to the Closing Date, the Issuer shall open or cause to be opened with the Securities Intermediary located at the Indenture Trustee’s office located at the Corporate Trust Office, or at another Eligible Institution, one or more segregated trust accounts in the Indenture Trustee’s name for the deposit of Estimated FRC Collections, FRC Collections and all other amounts received with respect to the Recovery Bond Collateral (the “Collection Account”). The Collection Account will consist of three subaccounts: a general subaccount (the “General Subaccount”), an excess funds subaccount (the “Excess Funds Subaccount”) and a capital subaccount (the “Capital Subaccount” and, together with the General Subaccount and the Excess Funds Subaccount, the “Subaccounts”). Each Subaccount shall have a separate subaccount (each, a “Cash Subaccount”) where cash allocated to the related Subaccount will be held. Only cash shall be allocated to a Cash Subaccount and no other Recovery Bond Collateral shall be allocated to a Cash Subaccount. References to any Subaccount shall be deemed to include the related Cash Subaccount. For administrative purposes, the Subaccounts may be established by the Indenture Trustee as separate accounts. Such separate accounts will be recognized individually as a Subaccount and collectively as the “Collection Account”. Prior to or concurrently with the issuance of Recovery Bonds, the Member shall deposit into the Capital Subaccount an amount equal to the Required Capital Level. All amounts in the Collection Account not allocated to any other subaccount shall be allocated to the General Subaccount. Any cash transferred to, or arising under, a Subaccount will be held in the related Cash Subaccount. Prior to the Initial Payment Date, all amounts in the Collection Account (other than funds deposited into the Capital Subaccount, up to the Required Capital Level and any Capital Subaccount Investment Earnings) shall be allocated to the General Subaccount. All references to the Collection Account shall be deemed to include reference to all subaccounts contained therein. Withdrawals from and deposits to each of the foregoing subaccounts of the Collection Account shall be made as set forth in Sections 8.02(d) and (e). The Collection Account shall at all times be maintained in an Eligible Account, under the sole dominion and exclusive control of the Indenture Trustee, through the Securities Intermediary, and only the Indenture Trustee shall have access to...
Collection Account. The Issuer hereby directs and the Indenture Trustee hereby agrees to continue to maintain an account (the “Collection Account”) for the benefit of the Noteholders. The Collection Account is an Eligible Bank Account initially established at the corporate trust department of the Indenture Trustee, bearing the following designation “BXG Timeshare Trust I, Timeshare Loan-Backed VFN Notes, Series I — Collection Account, U.S. Bank National Association, as Indenture Trustee for the benefit of the Noteholders”. The Indenture Trustee on behalf of the Noteholders shall possess all right, title and interest in all funds on deposit from time to time in the Collection Account and in all proceeds thereof. The Collection Account shall be under the sole dominion and control of the Indenture Trustee for the benefit of the Noteholders as their interests appear in the Trust Estate. If, at any time, the Collection Account ceases to be an Eligible Bank Account, the Indenture Trustee shall within two Business Days establish a new Collection Account which shall be an Eligible Bank Account, transfer any cash and/or any investments to such new Collection Account, and from the date such new Collection Account is established, it shall be the “Collection Account”. The Indenture Trustee agrees to immediately deposit any amounts received by it into the Collection Account. Amounts on deposit in the Collection Account shall be invested in accordance with Section 3.1 hereof. Withdrawals and payments from the Collection Account will be made on each Payment Date as provided in Section 3.4 or Section 6.6 hereof, as applicable. The Indenture Trustee, at the written direction of the Servicer, shall withdraw (no more than once per calendar week) from the Collection Account and return to the Servicer or as directed by the Servicer, any amounts which (i) were mistakenly deposited in the Collection Account, including, without limitation, amounts representing Misdirected Payments and (ii) represent Additional Servicing Compensation. The Indenture Trustee may conclusively rely on such written direction.
Collection Account. The Master Servicer may, from time to time, withdraw from the Collection Account for the following purposes or as described in Section 4.03:
Collection Account. On behalf of the Trust Fund, the Master Servicer shall segregate and hold all funds collected and received pursuant to each Mortgage Loan separate and apart from any of its own funds and general assets and shall establish and maintain in the name of the Trustee one or more accounts (such account or accounts, the "Collection Account") in accordance with this Section 3.04, held in trust for the benefit of the Trustee and the Certificateholders.

Collection Account. On the Closing Date, the Issuer shall deposit the Collection Account Initial Deposit into the Collection Account. This amount will be included with other Available Funds on the first Distribution Date.
Collection Account. There shall be established on the day of the initial Incremental Transfer hereunder and maintained, for the benefit of the Class Investors, with the Administrative Agent, a segregated account (the “Collection Account”), bearing a designation clearly indicating that the funds deposited therein are held for the benefit of the Class Investors. On and after the occurrence of a Collection Agent Default or a Termination Event, the Collection Agent shall remit daily within forty-eight hours of receipt to the Collection Account all Collections received with respect to any Receivables. Funds on deposit in the Collection Account (other than investment earnings) shall be invested by the Administrative Agent in Eligible Investments that will mature so that such funds will be available prior to the last day of each successive Tranche Period following such investment. On the last day of each calendar month, all interest and earnings (net of losses and investment expenses) on funds on deposit in the Collection Account shall be retained in the Collection Account and be available to make any payments required to be made hereunder (including any Discount) to the Administrative Agent or the applicable Class Investors. On the date after all Termination Dates on which the Aggregate Net Investment is zero, all accrued Discount and Servicing Fees have been paid in full and all other Aggregate Unpaids have been paid in full, any funds remaining on deposit in the Collection Account shall be paid to the Transferor.
Collection Account. (a) In accordance with this Agreement and the Account Control Agreement, the Collateral Agent shall, on or prior to the Closing Date, establish at the Custodian a single, segregated trust account in the name “PennantPark Floating Rate Funding I, LLC Collection Account, subject to the lien of the Collateral Agent”, which shall be designated as the “Collection Account”, which shall be maintained with the Custodian in accordance with the Account Control Agreement and which shall be subject to the lien of the Collateral Agent. In addition, the Collateral Agent shall establish two segregated accounts which for perfection purposes will be treated as sub-accounts within the Collection Account, one of which will be designated the “Interest Collection Subaccount” and one of which will be designated the “Principal Collection Subaccount”. The Collateral Agent shall from time to time deposit into the Interest Collection Subaccount, in addition to the deposits required pursuant to Section 8.05(a), immediately upon receipt thereof all Interest Proceeds received by the Collateral Agent. The Collateral Agent shall deposit immediately upon receipt thereof all other amounts remitted to the Collection Account into the Principal Collection Subaccount including, in addition to the deposits required pursuant to Section 8.05(a), all Principal Proceeds (unless simultaneously reinvested in additional Collateral Loans in accordance with Article X or in Eligible Investments or required to be deposited in the Revolving Reserve Account pursuant to Section 8.04) received by the Collateral Agent. In addition, for each Agreed Foreign Currency, the Collateral Agent shall establish segregated accounts that each constitute a Principal Collection Subaccount and Interest Collection Subaccount for each Agreed Foreign Currency. Any amounts received by the Collateral Agent that are denominated in an Agreed Foreign Currency that are required to be deposited into the Principal Collection Subaccount or the Interest Collection Subaccount shall be deposited by the Collateral Agent into the applicable Principal Collection Subaccount or Interest Collection Subaccount, as applicable, for such Agreed Foreign Currency.
