Examples of Stated Maturity in a sentence
If no funds are available to pay holders of the Preferred Shares pursuant hereto and to the Fiscal Agency Agreement, the Issuer may redeem the Preferred Shares (in whole but not in part) for no consideration on any Redemption Date, on the Stated Maturity or upon an acceleration of the Debt as the result of an Event of Default.
Principal Proceeds will be due and payable on the Subordinated Notes on the Stated Maturity in accordance with the Priority of Payments.
