Lien of this Indenture definition

Lien of this Indenture or "lien hereof" means the lien and security interest created by these presents, or created by any concurrent or subsequent conveyance to the Trustee (whether made by the Company or any other Person and whether pursuant to a Series Supplemental Indenture or otherwise), or otherwise created, making any property a part of the Pledged Property held by the Trustee for the benefit of the Securities Outstanding hereunder.
Lien of this Indenture means the lien created by this instrument (including the lien on property acquired after the date of the execution of this Indenture) and the lien created by any subsequent conveyance to the Trustee, whether made by the Company or any other Person, effectively constituting any property a part of the security held by the Trustee for the benefit of the holders of all Outstanding Bonds.

(bb) "Mortgaged Property" means as of any particular time all of the property which is an integral part of or used or to be used as an integral part of the electric and steam generating, transmission and distribution operations of the Company, any undivided legal interest of the Company in any property which is jointly owned by the Company and any other Person or Persons, and any other property (including securities and cash held by the Trustee) which at said time is subject, or is intended by the terms of this Indenture to be subject, to the Lien of this Indenture, however created, including (i) all of such property which
