Monies Received. Any monies received by Landlord from or on behalf of Tenant during the pendency of any proceedings between Landlord and Tenant shall be deemed paid as compensation for the use and occupancy of the Premises, and the acceptance of any such compensation by Landlord shall not be deemed an acceptance of Rents or a waiver on the part of Landlord of any rights hereunder.
Monies Received. That nothing in this Agreement shall render NFPAS liable to account for monies due in respect of the PPA which have not actually been received by NFPAS.

Nothing in this Agreement shall render NFPAS liable to account for monies due in respect of the sale of ROCs or REGOs which have not actually been received by NFPAS unless NFPAS transferred some or all of the Specified ROCs and/or REGOs without first receiving full payment for such Specified ROCs and/or REGOs
Monies Received. PURCHASER(S) has/have paid Rs. /- (Rupees Only) till the execution of this Agreement as consideration for the SAID RESIDENTIAL UNIT to PROMOTER the receipt whereof, PROMOTER does hereby acknowledge. PURCHASER(S) agrees/s to pay the balance consideration as per the Payment Schedule as mentioned in ANNEXURE “D” herewith.
Monies Received. 9.1 If contrary to the belief of the Company and the Employee any of the Specified Claims, Statutory Claims or any other claims are not effectively compromised by this Agreement and the Employee pursues any claim or claims in any court or tribunal and is such claim or claims should succeed then any payments under this Agreement shall be brought into account when calculating any awards of damages or compensation or any such sum or sums to be paid to the Employee by order of the Court or Tribunal.
Monies Received. Upon establishment of the Lockbox Account, Borrower and all of its affiliates, subsidiaries, shareholders, directors, employees or agents shall, acting as trustee for Bank, receive, as the property of Bank, any monies, checks, notes, drafts, or any other payment relating to and/or proceeds of accounts or other Collateral which come into their possession or under their control and immediately upon receipt thereof, shall deposit or cause the same to be deposited in the Lockbox Account, or remit the same or cause the same to be remitted, in kind, to Bank. In no event shall the same be commingled with Xxxxxxxx's own funds.
Monies Received. All monies received from time to time for the account of the Corporation shall be paid immediately into those bank accounts for the time being in operation, in the same drafts, cheques, bank transfers, bills or cash in which they are received and all disbursements on account of the Corporation shall be made by cheque drawn on such bank or trust company.

Borrowers and all of its affiliates, --------------- subsidiaries, shareholders, directors, employees or agents shall collect and enforce payment of all Collateral, provided, however, that during the continuance of an Event of Default, Borrowers and all of their affiliates, subsidiaries, shareholders, directors, employees or agents shall, acting as trustee for Bank, receive, as the property of Bank, any monies, checks, notes, drafts, or any other payment relating to and/or proceeds of Accounts or other Collateral which come into their possession or under their control and immediately upon receipt thereof, shall deposit or cause the same to be deposited in the Lockbox Account, or remit the same or cause the same to be remitted, in kind, to Bank and the same shall not be commingled with Borrower's own funds.
Monies Received. That nothing in this Agreement shall render NFPAS liable to account for monies due in respect of the sale of Specified Certificates which have not been transferred by the Principal to the Successful Bidder (or to NFPAS for onwards transmission to the Successful Bidder) unless NFPAS:
Monies Received. All monies and proceeds received by Assignee pursuant to, or by virtue of this Assignment and forming part of the Assigned Property shall be applied by Assignee in or towards discharge of the Secured Obligations in accordance with the Transaction Documents.
