If the Trust fails to maintain the office or agency or fails to furnish the Indenture Trustee with the address of the office or agency, any surrender, notices or demands may be made or served at the Corporate Trust Office, and the Trust appoints the Indenture Trustee as its agent to receive them.
The Notes shall be payable and may be presented for payment, redemption, registration of transfer and exchange, without service charge, at the Corporate Trust Office.
The Trust will maintain an office or agency at the Corporate Trust Office of the Indenture Trustee designated for such purpose, where Notes may be surrendered for registration of transfer or exchange, and where notices to and demands on the Trust for the Notes and this Indenture may be served.
