Examples of General Subaccount in a sentence

  • All amounts in the Collection Account not allocated to any other subaccount shall be allocated to the General Subaccount.

  • Prior to each remittance of Fixed Recovery Charges to the Indenture Trustee to the General Subaccount of the Collection Account pursuant to Section 6.11, the Servicer shall provide written notice to the Indenture Trustee of each such remittance (including the exact dollar amount to be remitted).

  • Prior to the Initial Payment Date, all amounts in the Collection Account (other than funds deposited into the Capital Subaccount, up to the Required Capital Level and any Capital Subaccount Investment Earnings) shall be allocated to the General Subaccount.
