The Christmas Holiday clause defines how the Christmas holiday period is treated within the context of the agreement. Christmas Holiday. 7.5.1 A Christmas holiday shall be granted from December 24 to New Year's Day inclusive as a minimum, and exclusive of the statutory holidays which fall on a weekday within this period.
