Civic Holiday. Labour Day Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day (December 25) Boxing Day (December 26) In addition to the above noted holidays, full-time employees will be eligible for two (2) floating holidays. The float holiday will be scheduled at a mutually agreeable time prior to the end of the calendar year.
Civic Holiday. 20.01 An employee who qualifies under Article 9 shall be paid for the Civic holiday.

Civic Holiday. Employees during the life of this Agreement shall receive a maximum of twelve (12) paid holidays per calendar year. The twelfth (12th) shall be taken as a "floating" (non-premium) holiday to be chosen by mutual agreement excluding the months of January and December. Any employee who has taken her floating holiday prior to the legislated holiday (if proclaimed) shall be considered to have taken her twelfth (12th) paid holiday.

If Easter Monday is observed as a regular school day as per the applicable elementary or secondary school year calendar and employees work per usual, one floater holiday in- lieu of Easter Monday may be taken provided no replacement costs are incurred. Civic Holiday. The Company undertakes to schedule the summer shutdown so as to encompass the August Civic Holiday. This holiday will be taken on the day after Labour Day. Furthermore, in the event of a plant closure, the Company agrees to fund 50% of the cost of an Adjustment Committee to assist members on resumes, job applications, and opportunities for a period of 12 weeks. The Company will discuss the feasibility of training affected employees to become qualified to work on the changed technology. Employees who are redundant or surplus or who decline the opportunity for training in the new technology shall have recourse to and be covered by the provisions of Article 7.
