CERTIFIED WELDER. When the Union fills a request for a certified welder, such referred Welder shall have in his/her possession a current recognized certificate comparable to the local area or WABO test or AWS certificate. If the job to be performed requires additional certification of any kind, the Employer shall pay for all expenses involved in securing such test. CERTIFIED WELDER. When a Contractor requests a certified welder, he agrees to pay one dollar ($1.00) per hour premium above the pile driver's base or overtime rate. The Union agrees to note on the employee's dispatch slip such request. This premium shall be paid on a one-half (½) day or full day basis. Wages shall be based on training and experience on the job as follows: Wages for the 1st six (6) months of employment in the bargaining unit shall be according to the table below; The wage rate for the 2nd six (6) month period of employment in the bargaining unit, shall be according to the 2nd six (6) months scale in the table below; Upon completion of twelve (12) months of employment the employee shall be a Senior Drywall Utility Worker at a wage no less than the Senior wage scale in the table below. After achieving the classification of Senior Drywall Utility Worker, dispatch to any requesting Employer shall be at not less than the Senior Drywall Utility Worker scale.   • Name Collision Occurrence Management 6.1. No-­‐Activation Period. Registry Operator shall not activate any names in the DNS zone for the Registry TLD (except for "NIC") until at least 120 calendar days after the effective date of this agreement. Registry Operator may allocate names (subject to subsection 6.2 below) during this period only if Registry Operator causes registrants to be clearly informed of the inability to activate names until the No-­‐Activation Period ends.

  • Annual Physical Examination The Employer shall provide insurance coverage for or pay or reimburse the Employee for the cost of an annual physical examination conducted by a California licensed physician selected by the Employee and reasonably acceptable to the Employer.

  • Name Collision Occurrence Assessment 6.2.1 Registry Operator shall not activate any names in the DNS zone for the Registry TLD except in compliance with a Name Collision Occurrence Assessment provided by ICANN regarding the Registry TLD. Registry Operator will either (A) implement the mitigation measures described in its Name Collision Occurrence Assessment before activating any second-­‐level domain name, or (B) block those second-­‐level domain names for which the mitigation measures as described in the Name Collision Occurrence Assessment have not been implemented and proceed with activating names that are not listed in the Assessment.

  • Value Engineering The Supplier may prepare, at its own cost, a value engineering proposal at any time during the performance of the contract. The value engineering proposal shall, at a minimum, include the following;
