Architect/Engineer definition

Architect/Engineer or “A/E” means the Person identified in the Agreement responsible for providing professional design services and construction contract administration for the Project. The A/E shall be (1) a registered architect holding a license and certificate of authorization issued by the Ohio Architects Board pursuant to ORC Chapter 4703, (2) a landscape architect holding a license and certificate of authorization issued by the Ohio Landscape Architects Board pursuant to ORC Chapter 4703, or (3) a professional engineer or professional surveyor holding a license and certificate of authorization issued by the Ohio Engineers and Surveyors Board pursuant to ORC Chapter 4733. As used in the Agreement, the term A/E may include a criteria architect or engineer for a Design-Build project.
Architect/Engineer means the individual, individuals, and or firm identified as the “Architect- Engineer” in the preamble of Contract executed by and between the District and the Architect- Engineer for the Project.
Architect/Engineer means the person designated by the Commissioner to provide the Contract drawings and Detailed Specifications for the Work you are to perform.

  • Building ready for Owner's occupancy shall be as determined by the Architect/Engineer.

Architect/Engineer means the legally approved professional Architect/Engineer, or group or association or professional corporation of such approved professional Architect/Engineers, engineers and consultants, who have contracted with the Principal Representative to accomplish the architectural and engineering services necessary to the Project.

Architect/Engineer. (A/E) means a person registered as an Architect pursuant to Tex. Occ. Code § 1051.001 et seq, as a Landscape Architect pursuant to Tex. Occ. Code § 1052.003 et seq, and/or a person licensed as a Professional Engineer pursuant to Tex. Occ. Code § 1001.001, et seq or firm employed to provide professional architectural or engineering services and having overall responsibility for the design of a Project or a significant portion thereof, if applicable.
