Local Area. Locality The site on which the Property is situated (which for the avoidance of doubt includes the adjacent hospital site) including privately owned and housing association properties and any other Property owned by the Association and any other place within one mile of the boundary of the site.

Under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act, and subject to such designation by the decision of the Governor of the State of Oregon, the Member Governments also designate Lane County as a Local Workforce Investment Area (hereinafter “Local Area”).
