CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT. If FEG cancels the Event due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of FEG (such as acts of God, acts of war, governmental emergency, labor strike or unavailability of the Exhibit Facility, pandemic, and more), FEG shall refund to Exhibitor its exhibit space rental payment previously paid, minus a share of costs and expenses incurred by Organizer, in full satisfaction of all liabilities of Organizer to Exhibitor. FEG reserves the right to cancel, rename or relocate the Event or change the Event Dates. If FEG changes the name of the Event, relocates the Event to another event facility within the same city, or changes the Event Dates to dates that are not more than 30 days earlier or 30 days later, no refund will be due to Exhibitor, but FEG shall assign to Exhibitor, in lieu of the original space, other space as FEG deems appropriate and Exhibitor agrees to use that space under the terms of this contract. If FEG elects to cancel the Event other than for a reason previously described in this paragraph, FEG shall refund to Exhibitor its entire exhibit space rental payment previously paid, in full satisfaction of all liabilities of Organizer to Exhibitor.

CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT. Show Management will not be liable for the fulfillment of this Contract as to the delivery of Exhibit Space & Marketing Op- portunities if non-delivery is due to any of the following causes: by fire, act of God, public enemy, war or insurrections, strikes, the authority of the law, extreme weather condition, terrorism, disaster, civil disorder, acts of aggression or for any cause be- yond Show Management’s control. Non-delivery may result if a reasonable fear exists for any one or more of such events occurring or threatening and making it inadvisable, illegal or impossible to hold the tradeshow. However, in the event of not being able to hold the Show for any of the above named reasons, it shall be the option of Show Management to i. hold such funds in escrow until an alternative date has been set for the Exhibition.[b] No refunds will be made if force majeure should occur before or during the show.
CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT. 14.1 The Organiser shall have no liability to the Customer if the Organiser cancels, postpones or re-sites the Event, or reduces the planned period for preparation, display or dismantling the Event, due to a Force Majeure event or because the Organiser ceases to have the right to hold the Event, in which case the Organiser shall not be liable to refund any amount paid to the Organiser by the Customer.

PPAI reserves the right to cancel, re-name or re-locate the Event or change the dates on which it is held. If PPAI changes the name of the Event, re-locates the Event to another event facility within the same city, or changes the dates for the Event to dates that are not more than 30 days earlier or 30 days later than the dates on which the Event originally was scheduled to be held, no refund will be due to Sponsor, but PPAI shall assign to Sponsor, in lieu of the original sponsorship, such other sponsorship as PPAI deems appropriate and Sponsor agrees to under the terms of this contract. If PPAI elects to cancel the Event other than for a reason previously described in this paragraph, PPAI shall refund to each Sponsor its entire sponsorship payment previously paid, in full satisfaction of all liabilities of PPAI to Sponsor.
CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT. If IIBEC cancels the Event due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of IIBEC (such as riot, strike, civil disorder, act of war, act of God, terrorism, epidemic, pandemic, government mandated restrictions, or any cause whatsoever that is not within IIBEC’s reasonable control), IIBEC shall refund to each Exhibitor its exhibit space rental payment previously paid, minus a 25% administrative processing fee, in full satisfaction of all liabilities of IIBEC to Exhibitor. IIBEC reserves the right to cancel, rename or relocate the Event or change the dates on which it is held. If IIBEC changes the name of the Event; relocates the Event to another event facility and/or city or converts the Event to virtual/digital in nature; or changes the dates for the Event to dates that are not more than 90 days prior or 13 months later than the dates on which the Event originally was scheduled to be held, no refund will be due to Exhibitor, but IIBEC shall assign to Exhibitor, in lieu of the original space, such other space as IIBEC deems appropriate and Exhibitor agrees to use such space under the terms of this Contract. If IIBEC elects to cancel the Event other than for a reason previously described in this paragraph, IIBEC shall refund to each Exhibitor its entire exhibit space rental payment previously paid, in full satisfaction of all liabilities of IIBEC to Exhibitor. Exhibitor agrees that, except as expressly provided in this paragraph, it shall and hereby does waive any and all claims for damages or compensation resulting from or relating to the cancellation, renaming, relocation or rescheduling of the Event.
CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT. In the event that the Conference is cancelled, the Partner fee paid to the Organizer will be refunded to the Partner. The Partner waives any and all claims the Partner may have against the Organizer for all expenses incurred in connection with the Conference outside of the exhibit registration fee. CARE OF SPACE & FACILITY: The Partner shall promptly pay for any and all damages to the exhibit facility or associated facilities, booth equipment, or the property of others caused by the Partner. The Partner shall take good care of their exhibit space, not deface or xxxx said premises, and will keep and maintain the aforesaid premises in good order at all times. Decorations may not be taped, nailed, tacked or otherwise fastened to the columns, fabrics, or walls unless otherwise approved by the Organizer or facility service provider.

BIG Publications reserves the right to cancel, rename or relocate the Event or change the Event dates. If BIG Publications changes the name of the Event, relocates the Event to another facility within the same city, or changes the Event dates to dates that are not more than 30 days earlier or 30 days later, no refund will be due to Exhibitor, but BIG Publications shall assign to Exhibitor, in lieu of the original space, other space as BIG Publications deems appropriate and Exhibitor agrees to use that space under the terms of this contract. If BIG Publications elects to cancel the Event other than for a reason previously described in this paragraph, BIG Publications shall refund to Exhibitor its entire exhibit space rental payment previously paid, in full satisfaction of all liabilities of Organizer and Exhibit Facility to Exhibitor.

CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT. ICM may cancel all or any part of the Event or reduce the amount of space allocated to the Event for any reason in its sole discretion and for acts beyond its reasonable control (such as acts of God, acts of war, governmental emergency, labor strike its entirety, this contract shall automatically terminate, and ICM shall refund to each exhibitor its exhibit space rental payment previously paid, minus a share of costs and expenses incurred, in full satisfaction of all liabilities of Organizer to Exhibitor. Refunds shall not be made for partial cancellations or reductions in the size or scope of the Event. Any exhibitor who cancels this con- tract prior to any cancellation of the Event by ICM shall not be entitled to any refunds.
CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT. If the Organizer is forced to cancel the Event due to circumstances beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control, such as, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of war, governmental emergency, labour strike or unavailability of the Facility, the Organizer shall refund to the Artist any fees already paid for exhibit space, minus a share of the Organizer’s costs and expenses incurred to date. Such refund shall be considered full satisfaction of the Organizer's liabilities to the Artist. The Artist expressly recognizes the Organizer’s right to cancel, rename or relocate the Event or change the Event Dates. If the Organizer changes the name of the Event, relocates the Event to another Facility but within Greater Vancouver, or changes the Event Dates, with the new dates not being more than thirty (30) days earlier or thirty (30) days later than the original Event Dates, then no refund will be due to the Artist provided that the Organizer designates to the Artist a reasonably comparable exhibit space at the new Facility. This Agreement’s terms and conditions of the Artist’s use of the Facility’s exhibit space shall also apply to the Artist’s use of the exhibit space at the new Facility. If the Organizer elects to cancel the Event for reasons other than previously described in this paragraph, move the Event outside of Greater Vancouver, or change the Events Dates outside of the thirty (30) day scope discussed above, then the Organizer shall refund to the Artist all monies paid to secure exhibit space. Such refund shall be considered full accord and satisfaction of any and all claims that the Artist may have against the Organizer for cancelling the Event.
CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT. If, in the sole discretion of WEF, it is impossible or impractical to hold the WEF Collection Systems and Stormwater Conference for any reason, including by way of illustration acts of God, war, specific threat of war, terrorist acts and/or specific threats of terrorism, government regulation, civil disorders, travel advisory, curtailment of transportation services, epidemics, fear for personal safety by attendees, disasters, fire, earthquakes or other weather conditions, shortages or disruption of the electrical power supply causing blackout in the city where services critical to the hosting or management of event services are located, internet service disruptions of any kind, strikes or threat of strike, nuclear hazard, WEF will not be obligated to hold the Event. Except as provided herein, a cancellation of the Event shall cause the return of payment(s) for Exhibit Space, less a proportional share as determined by WEF in its sole determination of actual expenses incurred in connection with the production of the Event. Except as specifically provided herein, WEF, its employees, and agents will have no further obligation to the Exhibitor and the risk of loss shall be solely that of the Exhibitor. If Exhibitor cancels this license prior to WEF cancelling the WEF Collection Systems and Stormwater Conference, it will not be entitled to any refund beyond what was available under the original terms of their cancellation. The terms of this provision shall survive the termination or expiration of the Application and Contract for Exhibit Space.
