A Share definition

A Share means shares of the companies incorporated in the PRC that are listed on either the Shanghai Stock Exchange or the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and quoted in Renminbi.
A Share means domestic shares listed on either the Shanghai Stock Exchange or the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in the PRC, which are available to domestic investors and QFII.
