Associated Facilities. The Borrower shall cause MOR to ensure that necessary associated facilities required for the operation of the Project equipment are completed in a timely manner.
Associated Facilities. The Project may continue to use or depend on associated facilities that are not funded as part of the project but whose viability and existence depend on the project, and whose goods and services are essential for the successful operation of the Project3. The approach to managing the risks and impacts associated with the operation of these facilities will be the same as that adopted for the construction phase, that is, commensurate with risk and impact, as well as the degree of influence that can be exerted on the third party operator by the Project. To assist this process, the Register of Worksites and Facilities that was developed for construction will be amended to reflect the reduced use of associated facilities, and used as a management tool. 1 Indicates commencement of production.
Associated Facilities. HMG shall ensure that unless otherwise agreed between HMG and ADB, facilities associated and/or linked to the Project, including the Nanhu Wastewater Treatment Plant and sewage network expansion and the construction of the Hongqi and the Nanhu pumping stations, will be completed and operational before the physical completion of the Project.
