Cancellation of Events. Eventim Light is a mere intermediary in the sale of tickets for events organized by the companies organizing or promoting the event, does not participate in the organization of such events and, therefore, has no control over the suspension, cancellation and/or postponement of such events (the "cancellation"), the responsibility for which lies directly with the organizer or promoter. Upon receipt of the corresponding indications from the organizer, Eventim Light shall communicate to the Users the cancellation of the event, indicating the procedure established by the promoter. Said communication shall normally be made by e-mail to the buyers' e-mail address or by publication on this website or by any other means of public communication in the event that the specific circumstances of each case so advise. Eventim Light is not responsible for the return, cancellation, relocation policies, communications or procedures designed and established by the organizer, nor for the alternative proposals to the refund that may be issued by the organizer, even if the same have been communicated by Eventim Light. Eventim Light reserves the right to refund the management fees to the User in case of cancellation of the event.

Cancellation of Events. 11.0 The employer will provide twelve (12) hours notice of the change in time of a call. The Union, upon receipt of such notice will make a reasonable effort to notify stagehands of the change. If twelve (12) hours notice for a call change is not provided by the employer, the employer agrees to pay a penalty of an additional one (1) hour at the applicable rate to each employee assigned to the call.
Cancellation of Events. Scheduled events may be cancelled by the Agency without penalty, up to 30- days prior to the scheduled event, including, but not limited to: room rentals and meals. Any penalties for cancellations after the above stated cancellation period, and the policies governing such cancellation, must be clearly stated by Provider. Cancellation of Events. Notwithstanding the requirements of ARTICLE 3, the Port and Manager acknowledge that Manager may not, as result of the redevelopment of the Xxxx Street Cruise Terminal, be able to satisfactorily hold all Event Activities that Manager has currently scheduled for the Facility (and particularly for the Grand Concourse, the Maritime Event Center, the Cruise Terminal VIP Area, the Cruise Terminal Waiting Area, the Pier 66 Apron, and the Xxxx 00 Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxx).
