Right to Refund. You remain responsible for the payment of all fees incurred through the termination date. Dell will promptly refund any prepaid fees for the APEX Service that will not be provided as a result of the termination by You under Clause 3.2.A (Option to Terminate). You are not entitled to any other remedies once You are in receipt of the refund from Dell.

Dell will promptly refund any prepaid fees for the APEX Service or Related Services that will not be provided as a result of the termination by Distributor under Clause 3.2.A (Option to Terminate). Distributor, Reseller, and Customer are not entitled to any other remedies from Dell once Distributor is in receipt of the refund from Dell.
Right to Refund. We will inform you if we receive a premium payment which affects the tax qualification of this contract as described in Section 7702 of the Internal Revenue Code, as amended. We will offer you the choice of a refund of the premium or the option to increase the Specified Amount subject to our underwriting requirements. If you choose to increase the Specified Amount and the Insured fails to meet our underwriting requirements for the required increase in coverage, we have the right to refund, with interest, any premium that would cause your contract to violate Section 7702.

If you do not receive your refund, you may be entitled to your money back plus a penalty of up to $1,000 and attorney’s fees pursuant to Section 2102 of the California Financial Code. All Other States: No Refund Policy It is Tech Friends, Inc. policy that once the customer has completed a transaction with XxxxXXX.xxx, the transaction is final, and the customer will not be allowed to ask for the refund of the price of the transaction or fee that has been processed, even if the customer is dissatisfied with the transaction. So before making the decision to complete a transaction on XxxxXXX.xxx, customers are advised to read and understand this No Refund Policy. By completing your transaction on XxxxXXX.xxx, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this No Refund Policy. GOVERNING LAW I acknowledge that Tech Friends, Inc. and the JailATM™ service shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with this agreement or the JailATM™ service. I furthermore agree that any claim, dispute, or controversy between myself and Tech Friends, Inc. or the JailATM™ service shall be pursued under binding arbitration according to the Code of Procedures of the National Arbitration Forum. I agree that any arbitration hearings shall take place in the state of Arkansas and that the arbitrator(s) shall follow any applicable federal law and Arkansas State law in rendering an award. I also agree, to the extent permitted by law, that I will not bring, join, or participate in any class action or multi-plaintiff action as to any claim, dispute, or controversy that I may have against Tech Friends, Inc., its affiliates, or the JailATM™ service.
Right to Refund. If all or part of the payments made for a development are not expended for the purposes authorized herein within five years of the date that 95 percent of all certificates of occupancy have been issued for the completed development of the property for which the payments were made, the person or entity who made such payments shall be entitled to a refund on all unexpended funds if a request for a refund in writing has been made within one year of entitlement. If no such timely request is made, the right to a refund of the unexpended funds shall be considered waived.

Purchaser agrees to assign and promptly remit (and to cause each Restaurant Entity to assign and promptly remit) to the Sellers all refunds (including interest thereon) received by the Purchaser or any Restaurant Entity of any Taxes for which the Sellers have indemnified the Purchaser or paid on behalf of the Purchaser or any Restaurant Entity hereunder.
