CAMPERVANS. 3.1 Rental days are calculated on a calendar day basis. When calculating the number of days the Vehicle is rented, the day of pick-up is counted as day one of the rental, regardless of pick-up time. The day of the Vehicle’s return is counted as the final day of the rental regardless of drop-off time.

CAMPERVANS. All of the camping terms and conditions above apply to those with campervans as appropriate and relevant together with the specific terms below. Where different campervan tickets are issued based on the size of the vehicle, your campervan, together with any awning, extension or other structure etc must be within the relevant size limit and you accept that otherwise you and your group are liable to pay for the relevant campervan ticket or to be ejected from the Camp Site without compensation. Only those individuals named on your booking confirmation may use your campervan and if you permit anyone else to share your campervan you agree that you and your group are liable to be ejected from the Camp Site without compensation. We reserve the right to search all vehicles upon entry. Campervans (including their contents) are brought and left at your own risk. Neither we, nor the Ticket Agent accepts any responsibility for theft, damage, loss or breakage to your campervan (or its contents). In addition to the items excluded by Clause 6 from the Prohibited Items list, you may use chemical toilets and gas canisters up to 13kg (but, for the avoidance of any doubt, a generator is a Prohibited Item). Electricity hook ups are available if purchased in advance (or, subject to availability, at the Event). Water hook-ups are not available. RED SKY MUSIC FESTIVAL – PARKING RULES (Terms or phrases with initial capital letters are defined terms and are detailed in the Red Sky Music Festival Ticket Rules, available on the event website or upon request.) Only Participants holding a valid Parking Ticket will be permitted to use the Car Park. Where you have purchased such in advance you will be sent a Parking Ticket to display in your vehicle on entry. You can purchase Parking Tickets on the day (subject to availability) but we recommend buying Parking Tickets online in advance to avoid delays on entry and any disappointment due to limited availability. Parking Ticket holders are entitled to a single car parking space per Parking Ticket and must clearly display the Parking Ticket in the vehicle at all times. We reserve the right to search all vehicles upon entry. No camping is permitted in the Car Park (including, for the avoidance of doubt, any sleeping in vehicles).   • Camps a) Camps are not permitted within eighty (80) road kilometres of Regina or Saskatoon.

  • Footwear Where an employee is required by the College or by legislation, in order to perform his/her duties, to acquire and wear protective footwear, the employee shall provide the College with proof of purchase by March 1 each year and the College shall reimburse such employee, on the first pay day in April in each year, up to a maximum of one hundred and fifty dollar ($150.00). In situations other than the foregoing, the College may, in its discretion, (which discretion shall not be unreasonably exercised) reimburse such expense where it is recommended by the health and safety committee constituted under the Occupational Health and Safety Act.

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux Developer Suite Red Hat Enterprise Linux Developer Suite provides an open source development environment that consists of Red Hat Enterprise Linux with built-in development tools, certain Red Hat Enterprise Linux Add-Ons, Red Hat Enterprise Linux for Real Time, Smart Management and access to Software Maintenance, but no Development or Production Support. If you use any of the Subscription Services or Software associated with Red Hat Enterprise Linux Developer Suite for Production Purposes, or use the Red Hat Enterprise Linux Software Subscription entitlement independently, you agree to purchase the applicable number of Units of the applicable Software Subscription.   • Surgery Services This plan covers surgery services to treat a disease or injury when: • the operation is not experimental or investigational, or cosmetic in nature; • the operation is being performed at the appropriate place of service; and • the physician is licensed to perform the surgery. Preauthorization may be required for certain surgical services. Reconstructive Surgery for a Functional Deformity or Impairment This plan covers reconstructive surgery and procedures when the services are performed to relieve pain, or to correct or improve bodily function that is impaired as a result of: • a birth defect; • an accidental injury; • a disease; or • a previous covered surgical procedure. Functional indications for surgical correction do not include psychological, psychiatric or emotional reasons. This plan covers the procedures listed below to treat functional impairments. • abdominal wall surgery including panniculectomy (other than an abdominoplasty); • blepharoplasty and ptosis repair; • gastric bypass or gastric banding; • nasal reconstruction and septorhinoplasty; • orthognathic surgery including mandibular and maxillary osteotomy; • reduction mammoplasty; • removal of breast implants; • removal or treatment of proliferative vascular lesions and hemangiomas; • treatment of varicose veins; or • gynecomastia. Preauthorization may be required for these services.

  • Playground ~ The playground is primarily for the use of children under the age of twelve (12). Any child caught throwing rocks, vandalizing, or hitting or teasing other children will be asked to leave the playground. An adult or appropriate baby-sitter must accompany all children under the age of six (6) years old. Garbage ~ The storage, collection and disposal of refuse and garbage in the recreational camping areas shall be conducted as to create no health hazards, rodent harborage, insect breeding areas, accident or fire hazards, or air pollution. Bag all food garbage in plastic and tie shut before placing in the dumpster, to prevent odor and rodents which are drawn to the garbage area, such as skunks, raccoons etc. Dumpster is for normal daily household garbage, no large boxes, building supplies, carpets etc. Camper is to dispose of this type of garbage elsewhere. Garbage may be placed in dumpsters only. If a dumpster is full, do not place garbage on or around the dumpster, find an empty dumpster to place your garbage into. Bags of garbage may not be set outside your camper for any reason. Disposal or deposit of hazardous or toxic waste is prohibited. No gas, oil, batteries, or car fluids may be deposited into the dumpsters or around the dumpsters. Hazardous materials will not be disposed of by the garbage service. Disposal or deposit of furniture, barbeque grills, washer, dryers, and other large household items are NOT permitted on, in or around the dumpsters. Holding Tanks ~ There is no size restriction on holding tanks, however, they must be opaque XX xxxx/black water approved tanks. The on-site dump station may be used to empty tanks that hold 50 gallons or less. For tanks over 50 gallons Camper must contract with a pumping service to pump and remove tank contents from campground. No dumping of xxxx water onto the ground. Docks ~ Campground does NOT have a lifeguard on duty. The docks are privately owned. In order to be on someone's dock you must receive permission from the dock owner. An adult must accompany all children on the docks after dark. Life jackets are required for young children fishing off docks. Running, diving, and/or horseplay are not allowed on the docks. All debris and toys must be removed from the docks, beach and marina area. Inappropriate behavior, intoxication or shouting on docks is not allowed. Glass is not allowed on the beach area. Jet skies, wave runners, etc. are not permitted in the marina area. Tires cannot be left in the marina area under boats or tied onto docks. Fish House ~ Clean up fish cleaning facility when done with your fish cleaning and bag all fish remains. Fish cleaning house must be kept clean and all fish waste must be put into plastic bags and deposited into dumpster and cover on dumpster closed. No dumping of fish wastes into marina or dog waste stations! Swimming Pool ~ Campers are required to abide by all rules posted in and around the pool area.
