Adjustment Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6(a).
Investment Start Date : means 21 November 2014, or if such day is not a Scheduled Trading Day, the following day which is a Scheduled Trading Day.
Permanent Status means the state or condition achieved by an employee in the classified service who has successfully completed an initial probationary period or a probationary period required following reinstatement, or whose probationary period is waived through specific statutory direction.

Project Staff means the personnel of Contractor and Subcontractors who provide the Work.
Intermittent stream means a well-defined channel that contains water for only part of the year, typically during winter and spring when the aquatic bed is below the water table. The flow may be heavily supplemented by stormwater runoff. An intermittent stream often lacks the biological and hydrological characteristics commonly associated with the continuous conveyance of water.
Commercial Operator means the person appointed by MDL as commercial operator of the Maui Pipeline from time to time.
Corrections support staff member means an adult or juvenile
Agreement State means any State with which the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission or the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission has entered into an effective agreement under subsection 274b. of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (73 Stat. 689).
Servicer Termination Test With respect to any Distribution Date, the Servicer will fail the Servicer Termination Test if the Realized Loss Percentage for the Mortgage Loans exceeds the applicable percentages set forth below with respect to such Distribution Date: Distribution Date Occurring In Percentage January 2006 through December 2007 2.75% January 2008 through December 2008 3.25% January 2009 through December 2009 3.75% January 2010 and thereafter 4.50%
Master Servicer Termination Test With respect to any Distribution Date, the Master Servicer Termination Test will be failed if the Cumulative Loss Percentage exceeds 4.00%.
Initial determination means the first child custody determination concerning a particular child.
Support staff means those staff holding an aircraft maintenance licence under Annex III (Part-66) in category B1, B2 and/or B3 with the appropriate aircraft ratings, working in a base maintenance environment while not necessarily holding certification privileges.
ESC means erosion and sediment control.
Agent state means any state in which an individual files a claim for benefits from another state.
Permanent structure means a permanent building or permanent structure that is anchored to a permanent foundation with an impermeable floor, and that is completely roofed and walled (new structures require a door or other means of sealing the access way from wind driven rainfall).
Support staff member means an employee who holds a position for which no certificate issued by the New Jersey State Board of Examiners is required.
Container Terminal means any container terminal contemplated in section 6(1)(i);
Investment Strategy Modification means with respect to an Investment Strategy, the Portfolio Administrator makes operational adjustments to the Investment Strategy to ensure that, so far as possible, the basic principles and economic effect of the Investment Strategy are maintained or any material modification to the Investment Strategy or its implementation by the Portfolio Administrator.
Marine terminal means a public or private commercial wharf
Commercial Operation Date (COD) means the date certified by the DISCOM’s committee upon successful commissioning (as per provisions of the PPA) of the project when all equipments as per rated capacity have been installed and energy has flown into the grid.
Commercial Discovery means a Discovery of Petroleum reserves which has been declared as a Commercial Discovery in accordance with the provisions of Article 10 and/or Article 21.
Class B operator means the individual who has day-to-day responsibility for implementing applicable regulatory requirements established by the department. The Class B operator typically implements in-field aspects of operation, maintenance, and associated record keeping for the UST systems.
Cross-Over Situation For any Distribution Date and for each Loan Group (after taking into account principal distributions on such Distribution Date) with respect to the Class A and Class B Lower Tier REMIC Interests, a situation in which the Class A and Class B Interests corresponding to any Loan Group are in the aggregate less than 1% of the Subordinated Portion of the Loan Group to which they correspond.
