Right to search for reasons of safety and security, we shall require you to undergo a search, either by x-ray and/or another type of scan on your person and/or your Baggage. We reserve the right to search your Baggage in your absence should you be unavailable at the time of the search, for the purpose of determining whether you are in possession of or whether your Baggage contains any unacceptable or prohibited items. Should you refuse to comply with such searches or scans we reserve the right to refuse carriage without refunding your fare and without any other liability to you. In the event that a search or scan causes injury to you or Damage to your Baggage, we shall not be liable for such injury or Damage unless the same is due to our fault or negligence. If required, you must attend the inspection of your Baggage, checked or unchecked, by any officials (including customs officials or other government officials). We will not be liable for any loss or Damage suffered by you through your failure to comply with this requirement unless due to an act or an omission on our part done with intent to cause Damage or recklessly and with knowledge that Damage would probably result;
Right to search. 19.1 If we suspect you of theft or industrial espionage, we may search your clothing and personal property whilst you are on our premises or any premises from which we operate (including suppliers’, clients’ and agents’ premises).
Right to search. The Company reserves the right to make searches of your person and personal property whilst on the Company’s premises or any premises from which the Company or any Associated Employer operates without prior notice provided that any such search is carried out in the presence of at least two witnesses. Any personal search will be conducted by persons of the same sex as you. Personal property includes any vehicle owned by the Company.
Right to search. In the interests of security the Company reserves the right at any time to search you or your belongings including, without limitation, the x-ray examination of any items brought on Company premises by you. Any personal search shall be carried out in private by an associate duly authorised from time to time by a Director or Manager to the Company to perform a personal search. Prior to the commencement of any personal search you may request to be searched in the presence of a work colleague, the Company may refuse such a request if in its opinion it is reasonable to do so.
Right to search. 22. We reserve the right to search you, your work area, and any of your property held on our premises, including any vehicle parked on our property, at any time if there are reasonable grounds for us to believe that you are guilty of theft, or in possession of illegal drugs, or prohibited property, or substances, or in serious breach of our rules or your contract. Personal searches will be conducted in the presence of at least one agreed witness. Unreasonable failure to consent to a personal search or a search of your property will be regarded as a disciplinary offence.
Right to search. Strong Point, LLC reserves the right to search any vehicle, bag, container, or person that comes on the range property to attempt to recover any lost or stolen property. Strong Point, LLC reserves all rights under state law in regards to private property.
Right to search. 17.01 In order to protect its property and interest, the Company shall have the right to search the person, locker, toolbox, lunch box or automobile of any Employee while on the premises of the Company, but only in the presence of the Owner and an officer of the Union.
Right to search. The Employer reserves the right to search employees or any of their property held on the Employer's premises, at any time, in accordance with the Employer's Search Policy, a copy of which is available on request, if the Employer believes that its Alcohol and Drugs Abuse Policy is being infringed or if it believes that an employee may have committed a criminal offence. If the Employee refuses to comply with the Employer's Search Procedure, such refusal will normally be treated as amounting to gross misconduct and will entitle the Employer to take disciplinary action including dismissal.
Right to search a. I give ALL the legal entities noted above the right to search any residence of mine or place of residence known to be occupied by me for said defendant should forfeiture occur.
Right to search. The City has the right to search lockers, handbags, lunch boxes, workspaces, City vehicles or other containers on City premises in the furtherance of this policy and as permitted by applicable law. Failure to cooperate with such a search is grounds for discipline, up to and including discharge.
