Right to search for reasons of safety and security, we shall require you to undergo a search, either by x-ray and/or another type of scan on your person and/or your Baggage. We reserve the right to search your Baggage in your absence should you be unavailable at the time of the search, for the purpose of determining whether you are in possession of or whether your Baggage contains any unacceptable or prohibited items. Should you refuse to comply with such searches or scans we reserve the right to refuse carriage without refunding your fare and without any other liability to you. In the event that a search or scan causes injury to you or Damage to your Baggage, we shall not be liable for such injury or Damage unless the same is due to our fault or negligence. If required, you must attend the inspection of your Baggage, checked or unchecked, by any officials (including customs officials or other government officials). We will not be liable for any loss or Damage suffered by you through your failure to comply with this requirement unless due to an act or an omission on our part done with intent to cause Damage or recklessly and with knowledge that Damage would probably result;

Right to search. 19.1 If we suspect you of theft or industrial espionage, we may search your clothing and personal property whilst you are on our premises or any premises from which we operate (including suppliers’, clients’ and agents’ premises).

Right to search. The Employer reserves the right to search employees or any of their property held on the Employer's premises, at any time, in accordance with the Employer's Search Policy, a copy of which is available on request, if the Employer believes that its Alcohol and Drugs Abuse Policy is being infringed or if it believes that an employee may have committed a criminal offence. If the Employee refuses to comply with the Employer's Search Procedure, such refusal will normally be treated as amounting to gross misconduct and will entitle the Employer to take disciplinary action including dismissal.
