Booking Confirmation Sample Clauses
The Booking Confirmation clause establishes the process by which a reservation or order is officially acknowledged and accepted by the service provider. Typically, this clause outlines that a booking is not considered final until the provider issues a written or electronic confirmation, often specifying details such as dates, services, and payment terms. Its core practical function is to ensure both parties have a clear, mutual understanding of the booking's terms, thereby reducing the risk of misunderstandings or disputes regarding the reservation.
