PARKING RULES. The use of the parking areas shall be subject to the Parking Rules and Regulations attached hereto as Exhibit "H" and any other reasonable, non- discriminatory rules and regulations adopted by Landlord and/or Landlord's parking operators from time to time, including any system for controlled ingress and egress. Tenant shall not use more parking spaces than its allotment and shall not use any parking spaces specifically assigned by Landlord to other tenants of the Building or Project or for such other uses as visitor parking. Tenant's parking spaces shall be used only for parking by vehicles no larger than normally sized passenger automobiles or pick-up trucks and vans. Tenant shall not permit or allow any vehicles that belong to or are controlled by Tenant or Tenant's employees, suppliers, shippers, customers or invitees to be loaded, unloaded, or parked in areas other than those designated by Landlord for such activities. If Tenant permits or allows any of the prohibited activities described herein, then Landlord shall have the right, without notice, in addition to such other rights and remedies that it may have, to remove or tow away the vehicle involved and charge the cost thereof to Tenant, which cost shall be immediately payable by Tenant upon demand by Landlord.

PARKING RULES. Tenant may not permit more than vehicles, including but not limited to automobiles, trucks, recreational vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, all-terrain vehicles, jet skis, and boats, on the Property unless authorized by Landlord in writing. Tenant may not park or permit any person to park any vehicles in the yard. Tenant may permit vehicles to be parked only in drives, garages, designated common parking areas, or in the street if not prohibited by law or an owners’ association. Tenant may not store or permit any person to store any vehicles on or adjacent to the Property or on the street in front of the Property. In accordance with applicable state and local laws, Landlord may have towed, at Tenant’s expense: (a) any inoperative vehicle on or adjacent to the Property; (b) any vehicle parked in violation of this paragraph or any additional parking rules made part of this lease; or (c) any vehicle parked in violation of any law, local ordinance, or owners’ association rule. Tenant must promptly inform Landlord of any changes in Tenant's vehicle information (type, year, make, model, and license plate number including state) not later than 5 days after a change.

PARKING RULES. For the safety of the occupants, guests and invitees, in the Community, Lessor has designated and posted certain speed limits; Lessees agree to abide by such and to cooperate in the enforcement of such speed limits. The streets and lanes are private and not public thoroughfares. Lessees may park passenger cars only on the Premises' driveway or other designated areas. All vehicles must meet statutory requirements for inspection, safety, etc. in order to be operated in the Community. No junked, unusable or unsightly vehicles will be allowed in the Community. Lessor may, at its sole discretion, for the welfare of the occupants of the Community, restrict the delivery of certain products and services to approved, designated suppliers or restrict the times of delivery of products and services. The operation of motorcycles, motor scooters, minibikes and other two or three wheeled motorized vehicles must be first approved in writing by Lessor.
PARKING RULES. Resident must comply with all parking rules and instructions posted by Owner. Neither Resident nor guests, invitees, licensees, family or others shall park in NO PARKING ZONES or other restricted areas. The Resident agrees to remove any unregistered, inoperable, or unauthorized vehicle from the Premises within twenty-four (24) hours when requested in writing by the Owner.

PARKING RULES. For the safety of the employees, customers, guests and invitees, Lessees agree to abide by such and to cooperate in the enforcement of any parking regulations. Lessees and employees must park behind the buildings at 407 and 000 X Xxxx, Xxxxxxx, XX 00000. All vehicles must meet statutory requirements for inspection, safety, etc. to be operated on premise. No junked, unusable or unsightly vehicles will be allowed on the premise. 403 EATS may, at its sole discretion, for the welfare of the customers, other Food Trucks, employees, and general operation of business, restrict the delivery of certain products and services to approved, designated suppliers or restrict the times of delivery of products and services. 403 EATS reserves the right to approve or decline all food trucks based on appearance.
PARKING RULES. 1. Parking areas in which Tenant has exclusive rights may be used for parking of vehicles as determined by Tenant in Tenant’s sole discretion. Other Tenant parking areas shall be used only for parking by vehicles no longer than full-size, passenger automobiles (herein called “Permitted Size Vehicles.”)
