CAMP CHECKOUT ALLOWANCE. (a) Where regular or temporary employees are provided with board and lodging away from headquarters and elect to return home on weekends or on other days upon which no work is scheduled, they shall, upon request, be granted a living allowance under the following conditions: Employees working from expense accounts employees provided with expenses and who elect to return home and on whose behalf the Employer incurs no expenses for the weekend, shall be granted a daily allowance equal to the living out allowance set out in Article above. Employees in camp any employee who is living in camp accommodation provided by the employer may check out of such accommodation and the employer shall pay the employee a checkout allowance of per day. The checkout allowance will be paid for leave on non-working days to a maximum of days with provision that an employee will work scheduled shifts immediately prior to and following such established leave. Notice of an employee's intent to check out will be made in accordance with normal camp requirements. PAYMENT OF MOVING EXPENSES This Article shall apply to regular employees, and temporary employees who have accumulated at least one year's accredited service in the last years, who are required to change their established headquarters, either at management's direction or as the result of successfully applying for a bulletinedjob. The Employer shall notify the employee in writing, whether the change is permanent or temporary. When the change is to a position of a continuing nature, outside the municipal area or town in which the employee's established headquarters is located, the Employer will bear the cost of moving expenses in accordance with the following:

  • Boot Allowance The District will pay $180 toward the purchase and/or repair of work boots for District Employees listed in the District’s Work Apparel Policy and/or at the discretion of the employee’s department manager. Payment will be made by the first full paycheck of the employee’s date of hire and annually thereafter. Boots must meet applicable OSHA standards for the duties assigned.

  • Shift Allowance In addition to the wage specified in sub-clause (1), read with sub- clause (12), a normal shift worker shall, in respect of his shift hours worked in any week, be paid an additional 12,5% on such wage.

  • Per Diem Allowance A per diem allowance of seven dollars and thirty-five cents ($7.35) may be claimed for each twenty-four (24) hour period while away from home.

  • Shoe Allowance The Employer will provide reimbursement to full time employees who have completed probation and who are employed in the kitchen and stewarding departments, once per year in the amount of $60.00 and once every two years in the amount of $60.00 for maintenance and banquet housepersons. The amount shall increase to $75, effective January 1, 2007. Employees will receive said amount as long as the shoes are approved by the employer and as long as the shoes are worn on the job. Payment will be made on or about July 1 upon presentation of proof of purchase.

  • Transport Allowance In partial modification of Clause 10 of the Bipartite Settlement dated 2nd June 2005, Transport Allowance shall be paid as under with effect from 1st November, 2007. Clerical and Subordinate Staff Upto 15th stage of the scale of Pay - Rs. 225/- per month 16th stage of the scale of Pay and above - Rs. 275/- per month Note:

  • Training Allowance Operators who are required by the Employer to provide training to a specified level and to certify to the competency of the employees so trained shall receive twelve dollars ($12) per day while training. In such cases, the most senior qualified operator with the capability to provide training in the required class of equipment shall be given the opportunity to provide such training.

  • Site Allowance All new construction and extension/refurbishment work having a project value in excess of $2.0m will attract the then current City of Melbourne Site Allowance.

  • Cleaning Allowance The University will pay for the cleaning of Department issued uniforms and necessary work clothing requiring cleaning worn by employees assigned to non-uniformed positions.

  • Safety Boot Allowance ‌ Effective January 1, 2022, except for temporary and probationary employees, the Employer agrees to pay one hundred and eighty-five dollars ($185.00) in January of each year towards the cost of safety boots for each full time employee requiring them and one hundred ($100.00) dollars for each part time employee requiring them under the Occupational Health and Safety Act and/or by the Employer, provided the Employee is not eligible for safety footwear through the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board.

  • CAR ALLOWANCE The Company shall provide the Executive an automobile allowance of $750 per month during the term of Executive’s employment hereunder.
