Camp Accommodation Clause Samples

The Camp Accommodation clause defines the terms and conditions under which accommodation is provided to individuals at a camp site or facility. It typically outlines the type of lodging available, such as tents, cabins, or dormitories, and may specify rules regarding occupancy, use of shared facilities, and responsibilities for maintaining cleanliness or reporting damages. This clause ensures that both the provider and occupants have a clear understanding of their rights and obligations regarding the use of camp accommodations, thereby minimizing disputes and promoting a safe, orderly environment.
