Camp Accommodation. 22.1 Living Allowance will not apply where employees can be accommodated at a Camp arranged for by the Employer, in which case the Employer will pay the cost of the accommodation provided. However, an employee, if he so chooses, may accept the applicable Living Allowance in lieu of the accommodation provided by the Employer.

Camp Accommodation. (i) Camp accommodations, when supplied, shall meet the standards and requirements of the applicable BC Construction Camp Rules and Regulations, 2008-2014 (By and Between BCYT-BCTC and CLR), as amended from time to time. An Employee may refuse to live in accommodations which do not meet such standards.

Camp Accommodation. When the Parties of this agreement are responsible for the building of a camp for board and housing accommodation, the following shall apply: Installation of the camp shall be performed by members of Trade Unions recognized by the Building Trades Council. It will not be a violation of this Agreement if the members of the Union refuse to occupy camps, whether standing or mobile, if the above clause has not been adhered to. The Accepted Standard Camp conditions governing both standing and mobile will be as follows: Camp Site: Every Camp shall be so located that good natural drainage is provided against year round climatic conditions.

Camp Accommodation. If the Company is charged by BHP Billiton for camp accommodation and meals then the Company will pay such cost up to a maximum of $280.00 per week. Any cost over this amount will be charged to the Employee via payroll deductions.
