Business Days and Hours of Operation. For the purposes of this Agreement, our Business Days include every day other than Saturday, Sunday or one of the federal holidays. Online Banking services can only make transfers and xxxx payments on Business Days, although you may use Online Banking to schedule payments and transfers and obtain account information 24 hours a day, seven days a week, except during any regular or special maintenance periods. We will attempt to schedule any maintenance between midnight and 6:00 a.m. Eastern Time.

Certain transactions sent via On-Line Account Access -- such as stop payment requests and E-messages (see below ) -- require that credit union personnel act on the transaction. Credit union personnel are available to respond to these transactions only during normal banking hours on business days. Such transactions received outside of normal banking hours or on non-business days will not be acted on until the next business day.

Joint accounts using the same Online ID will be identified as one Service. However, we recommend that each authorized signer on joint accounts have their Online ID.

However, at certain times, the Services may not be available due to system maintenance. CBT will attempt to provide prior notice of such interruptions and changes but cannot guarantee that such notice will be provided.
