Government Fees Sample Clauses

The Government Fees clause defines which party is responsible for paying any fees, taxes, or charges imposed by government authorities in connection with the agreement. Typically, this clause specifies whether the buyer, seller, or another party must cover costs such as licensing fees, import/export duties, or regulatory filing charges. By clearly allocating responsibility for these expenses, the clause helps prevent disputes and ensures that all parties understand their financial obligations related to government-imposed costs.
