MAINTENANCE PERIODS. A customer may specify, subject to conditions below set by the Company, up to 20 on-peak days during a year as maintenance days. In addition standby daily demands on the day after Thanksgiving and on-peak days occurring during the period from December 24 through January 1 will be priced at the maintenance day rate specified above. A maintenance day is a calendar 24-hour day. Conditions for setting maintenance days:

The maintenance period will commence at 2:30 PM December 21, 2018 and will re-open on Wednesday, January 2, 2019. Winter 2019 – The December 25, 2019 holiday will be scheduled for December 25, 2019. The January 1, 2020 holiday will be scheduled for January 1, 2020. The maintenance period will commence at 2:30 PM December 24, 2019 and will re-open on Tuesday, January 2, 2020 Winter 2020 – The December 25, 2020 holiday will be scheduled for December 24, 2020 (for afternoon shift) and December 25, 2020 (for day shift). The January 1, 2021 holiday will be scheduled for December 31, 2020 (for afternoon shift) and January 1, 2021 (for day shift) . The maintenance period will commence at 2:30 PM December 24, 2020 and will re-open on Monday, January 4, 2021.

MAINTENANCE PERIODS. Maintenance will be provided for one (1) year periods (“Maintenance Period”) commencing upon Delivery of the Software, and Company hereby orders Maintenance for the first Maintenance Period pursuant to the terms of Annex 1 to this Exhibit B. During the Term of the Agreement, each Maintenance Period shall be automatically renewed for successive Maintenance Periods for so long as Amdocs offers Maintenance for the Software and unless not renewed by USCC by providing notice in writing to Amdocs at least sixty (60) days prior to the conclusion of the applicable Maintenance Period. Amdocs’ right not to renew Maintenance shall be subject to the provisions of Section 3.1 of this Exhibit B.
