Building Standards. Landlord has established or may establish specifications for certain Building standard components to be used in the construction of the Improvements in the Premises. The quality of Improvements shall be equal to or of greater quality than the quality of such Building standards, provided that Landlord may, at Landlord’s option, require the Improvements to comply with certain Building standards. Landlord may make changes to said specifications for Building standards from time to time. Removal requirements regarding the Improvements are addressed in Article 8 of this Lease.
Building Standards. The quality of Tenant Improvements shall be in keeping with the existing improvements in the Premises.
Building Standards. Landlord has established or may establish specifications for certain Building standard components to be used in the construction of the Additional Improvements in the Additional Premises. The quality of Additional Improvements shall be equal to or of greater quality than the quality of such Building standards, provided that Landlord may, at Landlord’s option, require the Additional Improvements to comply with certain Building standards. Landlord may make changes to said specifications for Building standards from time to time upon no less than thirty (30) days prior written notice to Tenant; provided, however, such changes shall not apply to any elements of the Additional Improvements that were previously approved by Landlord.
Building Standards. 6 In order to insure that an optimum learning environment exists in a new, remodeled or rebuilt school, an 7 advisory committee of five members including the Executive Director of Facilities shall be formed to 8 represent the facility in question. The Central Administration shall appoint two members; the Association 9 shall appoint two (2) certificated employees. The function of the committee shall be to:
Building Standards. Except to the extent that the Plans expressly provide for the construction or installation of improvements, items, materials, fixtures, finishes, quantities, specifications, etc. that are non-Building Standard, Tenant will cause the Leasehold Improvements to be constructed or installed to Building Standards or better.
Building Standards. Landlord has established or may establish specifications for certain Building standard components, materials and finishes (collectively, "Building Standards") as well as certain LEED tenant design and construction guidelines (collectively, "LEED Criteria") to be used in the construction of the Improvements in the Premises, which Building Standards and LEED Criteria are set forth on Schedule 1 attached hereto and made a part hereof. The quality of Improvements shall be equal to or of greater quality than the quality of such Building standards, provided that Landlord may, at Landlord's option, require the Improvements to comply with certain Building standards. Landlord may make reasonable changes to such Building Standards and LEED Criteria from time to time. Building Standards. Except as expressly set forth otherwise in the CD’ s and/or the Approved Changes, Landlord shall cause the Leasehold Improvements to be constructed or installed to Building Standards; provided, however, Landlord shall have the right to substitute comparable non-Building Standard materials, fixtures, finishes, and items to the extent Building Standard items are not readily available. “Building Standard” means the quality and quantity of materials, finishes, ways and means, and workmanship specified from time to time by Landlord as being standard for leasehold improvements at the Building or for other areas at the Building, as applicable.
Building Standards. Landlord has established (or may establish in the future) Building Standards for the components to be used in the construction of the Tenant Improvements in the Premises ("Building Standards"). The quality of all Tenant Improvements shall be equal to or of greater quality than the quality specifications of the Building Standards; provided, however that Landlord may, at Landlord's option, require the Tenant Improvements to comply with specific Building Standards. Landlord reserves the right to promulgate, establish, modify, delete from, and make other changes to the Building Standards from time to time.
Building Standards. All work shall (a) be performed during Landlord's designated hours for construction work, (b) conform to Landlord's established rules (including clean up rules), regulations, building standards and specifications, (c) not interfere with any other tenant of Landlord, nor block any access points, (d) comply with any CC&Rs and all laws, rules and regulations. Tenant is required to make these standards part of the construction documents.
Building Standards. The specifications for Building standard components to be used in the construction of the Tenant Improvements shall be the standard of the current components in the Premises or such other standard as Landlord and Tenant may mutually designate in connection with the design and approval of the Tenant Improvements. The quality of the Tenant Improvements shall be equal to or of greater quality than the quality of such Building standards, provided that Landlord may, at Landlord’s option, require the Tenant Improvements to comply with certain Building standards. Landlord may make changes to said specifications for Building standards from time to time provided such changes apply non-discriminatorily to all occupants of the Building and do not materially increase the obligations or decrease the rights of Tenant under the Lease, the Amendment and this Work Letter.
