Common use of Building Standards Clause in Contracts

Building Standards. Landlord has established or may establish specifications for certain Building standard components to be used in the construction of the “Tenant Improvements” (as that term is defined above) in the Premises, which Building standards have been provided to Tenant prior to the date of this Lease in writing. The quality of the Tenant Improvements shall be materially consistent with the quality of such Building standards, provided that Landlord may, at Landlord’s option, require the Tenant Improvements to comply with certain Building standards. Landlord may make commercially reasonable changes to said specifications for Building standards from time to time.

The quality of the all Tenant Improvements shall be materially consistent with equal to or of greater quality than the quality specifications of such the Building standardsStandards, provided provided, however that Landlord may, at Landlord’s option, require the Tenant Improvements to comply with certain specific Building standardsStandards. Landlord may reserves the right to promulgate, establish, modify, delete from, and make commercially reasonable other changes to said specifications for the Building standards Standards from time to time.
