No Further Modification. Except as set forth in this Amendment, all of the terms and provisions of the Lease shall remain unmodified and in full force and effect.
No Further Modification. Except as set forth in this First Amendment, all of the terms and provisions of the Lease shall apply with respect to the Expansion Premises and shall remain unmodified and in full force and effect.
No Further Modification. Except as set forth in this Fourth Amendment, all of the terms and provisions of the Lease shall remain unmodified and in full force and effect.
No Further Modification. Except as amended hereby, the Original Agreement remains unmodified and in full force and effect.

Effective as of the date hereof, all references to the "Lease" shall refer to the Lease as amended by this Amendment.

No further modification, amendment, extension, discharge, termination or waiver hereof shall be effective unless the same shall be in a writing signed by the party against whom enforcement is sought, and then such waiver or consent shall be effective only in the specific instance, and for the purpose, for which given.

In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this Second Amendment and the provisions of the Lease the provisions of this Second Amendment shall prevail. Whether or not specifically amended by this Second Amendment, all of the terms and provisions of the Lease are hereby amended to the extent necessary to give effect to the purpose and intent of this Second Amendment.
