Standards. Any additions, modifications, or replacements made to a Party’s facilities shall be designed, constructed and operated in accordance with this Agreement, NYISO requirements and Good Utility Practice.

Connecting Transmission Owner shall install, calibrate, and test revenue quality Metering Equipment including potential transformers and current transformers in accordance with applicable ANSI and PSC standards as detailed in the NYISO Control Center Communications Manual and in the NYISO Revenue Metering Requirements Manual.

Nothing in this Appendix 2 precludes the use of Metering Equipment for any retail services of the Interconnected Transmission Owner provided, however, that in such circumstances Applicable Laws and Regulations shall control.
Standards. 3.4.1 The Goods supplied under this Contract shall conform to the standards mentioned in the Technical Specifications.

Buyer may, for good cause shown in Buyer’s sole determination, require Seller to withdraw the services of any person and require that Seller promptly provide replacements for such person satisfactory to Buyer. Seller shall indemnify and hold harmless Buyer from and against any liabilities, claims, charges or suits for alleged losses, costs, damages or expenses arising from Buyer’s exercise of its rights hereunder.
