Common use of Building Standards Clause in Contracts

Building Standards. Landlord has established or may establish specifications for certain Building standard components, materials and finishes (collectively, "Building Standards") as well as certain LEED tenant design and construction guidelines (collectively, "LEED Criteria") to be used in the construction of the Improvements in the Premises, which Building Standards and LEED Criteria are set forth on Schedule 2 attached hereto and made a part hereof. The quality of Improvements shall be equal to or of greater quality than the quality of such Building standards, provided that Landlord may, at Landlord's option, require the Improvements to comply with certain Building standards. Landlord may make reasonable changes to such Building Standards and LEED Criteria from time to time.
