Board Meeting Notification. The President of the Association or the President's designee shall be given written electronic notice of all regular meetings of the Board together with an electronic copy of the agenda or statement of purposes of each meeting at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled time of the regular meeting. In the event of a special or emergency meeting the Association will be notified and given the agenda or statement of purpose when the members of the Board are given notice.
