Mail Box. We will assign you a mail box that you may use in common with other residents of the Apartment (if any) (the "Mail Box"). If the Postmaster serving the Community has instituted or begins during the Lease "single drop delivery", your mail will be placed in the Mail Box. We assume no liability for loss or delays in delivery and/or failure of delivery.
Mail Box a. The LANDLORD is responsible for providing and installing a properly identified US mail box outside the building that will meet United States Postal Service requirements. Location must be approved by the local Post Master to ensure delivery of mail to this COUNTY facility. COUNTY to approve size of mail box.
Mail Box. You do have access to mail at the apartment address. A key to that mailbox will be provided upon your arrival.
Mail Box. Since Lessee receives a heavy volume of mail, Lessee shall be allotted ample mail box space immediately contiguous to its Premises.

The LANDLORD is responsible for providing and installing a mail box outside the building that will meet United States Postal Service requirements and insure delivery of mail to this COUNTY facility and an additional drop box for the use of COUNTY clients. COUNTY drop box shall be specified later.
Mail Box. 4.3.1 A mail box will be provided for SUB in each school building.
Mail Box. To maintain throughout the term of the Tenancy herein ninety (90) mail boxes at the Mall, as allocated by the Landlord and/or the Mall Manager to the Tenant and to keep the mail box in a neat, clean and good condition and repair at the Tenant’s own costs and expenses and comply with all rules and regulations governing the use of the same as imposed or may be imposed from time to time by the Landlord and/or the Mall Manager at their absolute discretion. Upon the expiration or the earlier determination of the Tenancy herein, the Tenant shall yield up possession of the mail box complete with its locks and keys to the Landlord and in its original state and in clean and good condition and repair failing which the Landlord and/or the Mall Manager shall be entitled to break open the mail box and replace its locks and keys and/or repair the mail box and all costs and expenses thereof shall be borne by the Tenant and payable to the Landlord and/or the Mall Manager forthwith upon demand. In any event, the Tenant hereby acknowledges that the Landlord and the Mall Manager shall not be in any way responsible for any loss or damage of the contents therein.
Mail Box. Mail boxes in a conspicuous place shall be made available for use by all Officers of the Police Department.
Mail Box. Buyer to provide and install mailbox, mail box post and mailbox numbers, at a location suitable by Contractor, unless subdivision calls for a cluster mailbox. Buyer to install prior to closing if necessary to obtain occupancy permit.
